Big Group Games?

How do Big Group games form? Does it all start in the Small Group section? I've not tried this before, but I'd like to get something going.

Yes, it always starts with a small game. When/if your game grows to have at least 1000 posts (not including OOC chatter), you can ask a deity to have your threads moved to a dedicated board. ;)
