The idea of her is slowly coming to mind.  Thinking she is from West Virginia, very outdoorsy type of person from a poor family.  Thinking she fell into a rough crowd, bikers, when she was a teenager and got into trouble with the law.  Joined the Marine Corp to avoid prison, served some time and got into some combat but ultimately left because she couldn't go far enough.  Joined back with the gang which had expanded into neighboring states and cities. 

Thinking that she was turned while this war was going on in Philly by her sire who really only had an interest in getting soldiers on the field.  She was already trained and he saw a prime opportunity to throw another body into the mix.

I like the concept.  I feel like a lot of new vampires were created to help wage this war as it was an opportunity for some of the younger vampires to get positions of power.  And since they were in technically occupied territory, there is now prince to ask to create a sire so there is a lot of that happening.  A lot of vampires operating on the 'It's easier to ask forgiveness than it is to get permission' wavelength through the fight for Philly.

Part of me is wanting to play that up with her Sire being essentially an absentee father for her, but at the same time I don't want to miss the RP opportunities of that Sire relationship.  The name Durgen sticks out to me or rather The Durgen.  Maybe he has a bit of a reputation, but nobody quite knows his name.  I actually don't even know if he really carried about the war per se, but maybe he just wanted to watch the chaos.  Can almost see him like a great mountain lion sitting on the side just watching the flames with sick interest, if that makes sense.  Maybe he doesn't like humanity in general or thinks they have forgotten to fear the dark, so he is in favor of bringing back that fear and felt that this war was a good chance to do so.  So he was turning new vampires and setting them loose.

I think we have all of the stats set out and all, so I'll start an OCC and Character thread to start, maybe tonight but probably tomorrow so we can chat any remaining desires and such out.  Since the votes were pretty much for the nightclub you guys will be getting Consecrated for your coterie hq and business.

Ok, got an OCC thread up for further discussions to finalize anything further for the group.  I'm working on getting a thread up for Characters as well.  Running a little slow with this blasted heat wave going on right now.
