Advise on linking Google Docs on E... Is it safe?

More importantly, linking them in Public areas  (such as requests).

Are there any rule violation risks I need to be aware of? Or other such risks?

For example, I wanted to pitch a homebrew system that was nearing completion. My gut instinct tells me that it would be better to link that from a World-Building thread for the sake of safety. But I was wondering what was 'cool' to do and what wasn't regarding this matter.

Google docs has attached a username/email name and would count as outside contact info, which is not permitted on the public side of E.
