Hello all.

Before I get into the problem that I need help with, let me state that I am not a techie andI barely know anything about Chrome. So, instructions in simple terms would be appreciated.

Since I installed chrome, I've had a problem using it. Once I log into a website, Chrome will close if I try to go to that site. If I am in the process of logging into some sites, such as Amazon, chrome closes the moment I click login. It didn't always do this; this morning, I could log into Amazon fine, this afternoon, I can't. Nothing has changed, so... help?

Yes, I really am blind.
Being Literate is the ability to read and understand a language. When you ask for literate, what you are looking for is Verbosity, which is the ability to use lots of words without actually saying very much... like politicians. I consider myself both literate and verbose.

Maybe try disabling any extensions you might have added onto Chrome?

Honestly, if there isn't any harm in it (like losing passwords and such), I would uninstall and reinstall to see if it keeps happening. I'm not overly good with tech stuff. But another thing I keep seeing when I google is to try and change browser profiles. To try and make a new one and see if it happens there as well as try going into 'incognito' mode to see if it happens there.

To get to incognito mode, it's in the same menu with settings or history. It's three dots on the upper right-hand corner, but I'm not sure how it could be explained on a screen reader, I apologize. When I hover over it, it says "Customize and control Google Chrome".
