Okay! if the DM might make a suggestion? We're pretty good on melee and ranged Damage-dealers, but seem light on skills and diplomancy. And just for myself, I can never get enough dwarves or ratfolk.  I also like the psychic classes / archetypes for this AP, for what it's worth. I mean make what you want, pf cpurse, but just for consideration...

Description

A statuesque woman with striking eyes.  The dark hair, or the pale skin draw some in, but they all remember the violet blue of her eyes.  For some that is enough to make them do whatever she asks of them, for the remainder the soft tone of her voice will suffice.  She dresses more conservatively than some might expect, favoring darker colors instead of the more flamboyant colors that others use to attract attention to themselves.

Her demeanor is almost always one of confident poise and calm.  She doesn't mind taking advantage of others if it aligns with whatever she decides needs to happen at the time.  She is protective of those less "fortunate" than she is, whatever it is that means to her at the time, and will also do whatever she can to protect her friends.  Lying, cheating, and stealing all come as naturally to her as drawing breath--as long as her actions serve some greater purpose.  She is an aloof person, dreaming of ideas that others rarely ever consider, some might describe her as having her head in the clouds, but she prefers to think that her mind is among the stars.

Background

Born in Starfall, under the rule of the Black Sovereign, Alyssa grew up in a harsh environment.  She survived less by the strength of her arm than by the force of her will and a distinct cunning.  She held a reverence for Desna from a very young age, and an avid curiosity about the world around her, and the sky above that brought such strange things to the earth.  Most of her early life was spent hiding from threats in places she wasn't meant to be, or exploring the various crevices of the city.  She collected a variety of odd knick-knacks that she found, as well as any odd books that may have come her way.  One such book outlined some generic maps of the stars, which she would frequently use to map out the constellations while lying awake at night.

Changes came to her through her early teen years.  Both her body and her mind changed over time for reasons unknown to her.  Perhaps there was some alien influence on her, or perhaps one of the strange things she had found (and subsequently lost) had exposed her to some kind of mutagenic force.  Whatever the reason her biology shifted turning her into a functional hermaphrodite while her mind seemed to open up as a conduit between worlds.  She found it easy to almost peer into the minds of others and poke at them in such a way that allowed her an even easier means of manipulating them than she had been familiar with.  She could leave subtle cues within them or conjure minor illusions to confuse, befuddle, or seduce.

These changes reignited her interest in the strange worlds that the ruins littering Numeneria had come from.  She continued to watch and study the stars in the night sky, letting her mind drift off into odd fantasies.  She collected more and more knowledge as she grew more confident in her skills.  She became a rather well-known and skilled gambler amongst some of the lower class citizens of Starfall.  Eventually she felt the urge to leave the city and travel through the rest of Numeneria, coming to stay most recently at Torch.  She spends most of her time studying, either trying to understand the strange fire atop the hill, or some of the odd relics that are brought through the city.
