Alright, so far my attempts at writing F/F stories here on E have failed. I figured out that maybe having a separate topic for this kind of stories might be of help and you just happened to click on it!

I should start by saying that life and work are currently working against my online activity. I will try to post on a weekly basis – sometimes more than that but sometimes (often, really) less than that. In other words, you will need to be patient. English is not my native language, which means I need to put a lot of effort (and time!) in my writing. Another important piece of information is that I cannot think in terms of plot-to-smut ratio. I... just can't, I guess. I'm not interested in smut without a good story. The opposite is equally true. Smut – or sex – should not be the means nor the end of our story. Instead, plot and smut should be an organic whole. My two cents, I guess.

This said, I'm mostly interested in modern slice-of-life stories (even though I could be talked into other settings, too – check my O&Os) in which the most important element is contrast between our characters. Maybe they come from different countries / cultures. Maybe there's an age gap or maybe one of them comes from a family with rather conservative views on homosexuality and whatnot. Maybe it's just a love story between two women. You got the point. Good characters are crucial for a good story. I'll put a lot of effort in developing mine and I hope you'll do the same.

What else? Oh, right: I love plotting and I'm absolutely open to new ideas and whatever you might send my way. However, whatever you do...

...please, refrain from posting in this thread and use PMs instead!

Coming Out (or 'The Road Trip') - Open

Main Themes: FxF - romance - road trip

Scenario: Unbeknownst to her parents, Laura has been in a relationship with a girl for now almost four years. Coming from a well-off, conservative family, she has never had the guts to come clean with them about her own sexuality. Until she does, and sets on a week-long road trip with Helen to introduce her girlfriend to her parents.

Looking For: My idea is admittedly quite simple: telling the story of their relationship throughout their trip to Laura's parents. Simplicity, however, requires a certain degree of complexity for things not to get boring real fast. I'd be happy to write either Laura or Helen (names, of course, are mere placeholders).

Side notes: Partners of any gender for a long-term story. Please, make sure to check my O&Os.

The Leaves To Rake Up - Open

Main Themes: FxF - romance - break-up

Scenario: The last time they met was the day it all ended. That was four years ago. Seated in a crowded cafe, Claire nervously checked the entrance. Anticipating the punch in the gut it would be to see her again, she waited for Sandra's all-too-familiar silhouette to appear on the doorstep. Her phone buzzed. Maybe she's calling it off, she thought. Hoped, in a way. But it was just an email from work. She sighed and sipped her coffee. And then the door opened and she saw her. Sandra. Her heart skipped a beat.

Looking For: As you may guess, I'm looking to tell the story of Claire and Sandra as they meet years after their break-up and they try to pick up the pieces of their relationship. What went wrong? How old they were? Where they lived? What happened next? These are just a few of the questions I'd like to answer through this story.

Side notes: Looking for partners of any gender for a long-term story. Please, make sure to check my O&Os.

Speaking in Tongues - Open

Main Themes: FxF - romance - cultural difference

Scenario: The concept itself is pretty basic. I'd love finding the right partner to write a story centered around the relationship between two girls or women coming from different cultural backgrounds. Anything, really, that might stand in their way to a happy ever after. I'm leaving this quite open, as I would like to hear inputs from prospective writers.

Looking For: Yeah, a partner with good ideas, basically. I'd like to stay away from comedy-like stereotypes, which may be hard considered we all tend to hold some kind of prejudices on other cultures.

Side notes: Looking for partners of any gender for a long-term story. Please, make sure to check my O&Os.
