Special Mention: The title of the Duchess is not meant to be kind. She keeps herself apart and her placid features, slight Parisian accent often come across as haughty and aloof. She rarely leaves Lola's, never tells the same story twice about her history but puts on one hell of a floor show.

Special Mention: There are rumors of a lone Texas ranger operating on the frontier responsible for the apprehension of quite a few outlaws.  There are stories about this
mystery figure and his exploits, no one knows what he looks like or whether he even exists at all. Donovan is known to go by the alias "Athos" , a character in a French adventure-novel, which he is a fan of.

I’m a newbie here but wondered if I might play with you?

The character I would like to play would be neither hero nor villain. His family was brutally murdered and he is living in his revenge. He would stumble into the saloon one day bloody and beaten but standing on his own. “They say everyone west passes through your saloon?” He would offer his services to you as muscle for the bar. But secretly he is searching the faces of all who step through the doors, seeking the killers of his family. He would be loyal to you.


He is not there for the women, at least to begin with. He has no accuracy with a piston or rifle so he wears two sawed off shot guns, one on each hip. His weapon of choice is the Bowie knife. He can throw it with crazy accuracy. At 6’2 he is thick muscled and big as a linebacker.

Special Mention:Andrews was born in the Guangdong province of China around the start of the second opium war.  He had been practicing martial arts ever since he could walk.  He got on a boat to America after listening to someone advertise about it being the land of opportunity.  Like many of the other Chinese immigrants who fell for the advertisement, Andrews ended up working at a mining site.  After his escape from the mines, he cut off his queue, grew out his hair, and changed his named to Andrews.  For the next two years, he moved from town to town, doing odd jobs to make ends meet.  He has drifted into Silver City on more than one occasion and has previously been a customer at Lola's several times in the past.  He and Lola have helped each other out before, allowing them to form a friendship over the past two years.  Upon returning to Silver City, Andrews decided to stop by the saloon once again to ask Lola if she knew of anyone in need of a hired gunman right now.
