So, I would like to learn a new game system in as low a stakes setting as possible so why not put the question out there on E?

I've worked with the Dragon AGE/Titansgrave system but would love to expand my horizons. Have a game you'd like to run on someone to see if it works? Have a setting you'd like to try? I'm making myself available for your story and smut-tipped arrows. I'm trying to broaden my horizons when it comes to settings, characters, plots, and systems so no offer will go unchecked. Hit me up with whatever you want and we can work something out. As long as this post is up, I'm looking but I will probably only be in one active RP at a time.

Thanks for reading and I can't wait to hear from you.

Just to ask PC, what kind of characters do you like to play and which kind of characters would be ideal for you to dip your toe into trying that you haven't done so yet?

Great question. I tend to play humans but have played Bards and Orcs with hearts of gold before. On e, in scenes, I play pretty much myself, wirters and teachers.

Monthly Bumply. I would love to play any game someone needs another person for or wants to try!

Monthly bump. I would love to be in a 5e campaign with someone or ones.

Hey, Celebre. Starting up a game through In Nomine atm.

The gist is it's the modern world where there's a cold war between Heaven and Hell. While the upper levels of angels are mostly good and the upper levels of demons are mostly jerks, the rank-and-file are just people (with wings).

There is an option for playing humans in the game but they tend to be weaker pound for pound than a celestial being (but there are some ways they excel. If an angel or demon does ANYTHING to affect Earth, from breaking a TV to killing a human, there's a strong chance that other celestials can hear it. Humans doing the same are invisible because humans are supposed to be on Earth).

There isn't really a bard equivalent but there are certain songs (In Nomine's version of a spell) that are support.

The closest thing to an Orc would be a demon called a Calabite. Their souls are all broken and they use this break in their soul to bring entropy to the world.

Bookish types work well in the setting. The 'race' would most likely be Seraphim (living lie detectors) for the angels and Balseraphs (Hell's liars) for the demons, or Mercurians (who have an eye for interpersonal relationships) or Impudites (psychic vampires) as they tend to be non-cons. The 'classes' in In Nomine are based on who your boss is. Some angels that work for bookishness include those who work for Destiny (what gets you to Heaven) and Judgment (Heaven's Internal Affairs), Creation (they cover literal creation (so sex) and muse-type things), and Revelations (the ONLY thing they can keep secret is that there's a cold war on). Some demons that work for bookishness include those who work for Fate (what gets you to Hell), Media (they have to produce SOME media for consumption daily which could be books, film, blogs etc.), and the Game (Hell's Secret Police).

If you're interested a link is here.

That sounds dense but fun! I'll take a look this weekend. Thanks, Various.
