Christine is a horror novel written by Stephen King, published in 1983. It tells the story of a 1958 Plymouth Fury apparently possessed by supernatural forces. - Wikipedia

Mackenzie Rivers was not your ordinary girl. In fact the few friends she had didn't even treat her as a woman. She ran a car repair shop in Tower Hamlets, one of London's poorest neighbourhoods. Sure the Olympics were said to give a boost to the whole region but just like most political promises, it was all sweet talk and air. The shop did good though and was well known in the entire area of London. It was a small shop with only room for two or three cars inside and about five or six on the parking area. Mackenzie rented a small studio flat nearby and spent most of her time in the shop. She was happy with her life and wasn't one to need lots of money or wealth. All she asked for was enough money to make a living and pay for her occasional drug habit.

Living in this part of London being a single girl wasn't always easy, especially in this business, without a lot of friends but Mackenzie managed. Three years ago she was homeless and living on the streets, begging people for money. When her father she hadn't seen for years known passed away, he had left her the shop which by that time was in total disarray. Most of the tools and equipment was old and useless, some of the windows were smashed in and boarded up and Mack had to evict the squatters that had made it home first.

At first clients were scarce and she barely made enough money to stay open but slowly word got out of 'that chick that fixes cars'. The people were very satisfied with her services and pricing and when, half a year ago, a YouTuber, brought his expensive sportscar in with the question if she could fit him a new exhaust system, business really took off. Mack had to hire two people, one as a mechanic, the other to do all sorts of menial tasks but they were, like her, people from the street so they were happy with the chance given to them.

Recently she had spotted a car, abandoned and neglected. Mack wanted to own the car, restore it and make the big bang score that would really send her garage into the next level.





The car obviously has other plans and when Mack owns it, it begins to manipulate her and 'come to life'. Don't think of Transformers please. The car will remain a car, it just manages to slightly repair itself, play the radio, use the lights, etc and manipulate. How it does that, is up to you.

You have to play the car. What kind of car is open for debate and some car knowledge would be preferable but not a must.

The purpose of the car is open for debate as well. It can either use Mackenzie to do good things, or bad things. As you can tell, I'm not looking for an exact copy of 'Christine' but a more modern take on it. Erotic scenes are definitely acceptable as well.

Please be able to take the game forward, as you would have a bit of a leading role, playing the car.
