Formating options not loading

Is this happening to anyone else? It happened several times to me in different PCs as well as a laptop and in both Firefox and Chrome. I press F5 until the page loads correctly, sometimes an hour later.

Try holding shift when pressing f5. If it's because it got cached poorly on your end just refreshing won't necessarily help.
