Hello,
I hope to change my computer pc soon to play the following video games :
Fallout 4, Witcher 3, styx : shards of darkness, vampyr

What are the video games RPG that you like ? And what do you think about my selection ?

Thanks for your future answer.

I have played and beaten The Witcher 3, good game, just wished for more romantic partners to choose from and maybe apart from brief play as Ciri focus on her for a potential future game or let the player choose the gender and such.

Fallout 4 have played...haven't gone back in a bit but a decent enough scaled game.

I think for me my personal picks would be; Dragon Age aka Origins, II, and Inquisition. Great games and great story plus you get to choose the gender and who you romance.

Mass Effect. Science fiction themed rpg with great cast of characters and being able to choose your gender and who you romance. Andromeda was good just wished they had took it more seriously.

Baldurs Gate 3. Entertaining and certainly a lot of choice in the character creation. I need to get back to that.

So many others though but yeah.

Endless Dreams

To answer what I think of the listed games first. I've never actually played any of those, so I'm completely unable to judge them.

Some of my likes that come to mind.

I love the way Dragon Age II had your base dialogue change in tone to match the type of answers you gave the most. That was really fun and it had some of my favorite companions in a game ever.

Baldur's Gate III for being a lot of fun as well. So much choice on how you approach and solve problems. I can't shake the feeling that the majority of the Druids in the game dump stated wisdom though.

Warhammer 40k Rogue Trader. Warhammer 40k as a setting isn't my favorite, no offense to anyone that loves the setting, it just doesn't quite click for me. So it was a surprise when this game really clicked for me. I've got far too into it.

Pathfinder Wraith of the Righteous. Like all the Owlcat games, loads of content. Also Nenio <3.

Our Life: Beginnings and Always. More of a visual novel than an RPG but you do get to create your own character and it's a lot of fun playing them through the game and growing up from a kid, through being a teenager, to an adult.

For sure the Dragon Age series! It's my favorite. All three of them play differently but have great characters in a rich world. And the Mass Effect series is also stellar.

I will also recommend Cyberpunk 2077. It's come a long way since release!

I also had fun with Assassin's Creed Odyssey.

I love Baldur's Gate 3 so much!

Abyss

That is a pretty good selection you have. I love the Elder Scrolls games—at least the ones I have played: Morrowind (I still need to beat it, but I am still in the beginning, but it is fun), Oblivion, and Skyrim. I am trying to play through the witcher games, but they don't hold my attention for over an hour.

I have thought of a few more.

Xenosaga, for anyone who hasn't played it the game is before Mass Effect and science fiction with a rather interesting cast of characters and at times religious tones and the rpg elements give it a worthy turn of play...unfortunately what was meant to be six turned into three and guess you'd be lucky to play it but watch it on youtube if you get the chance. I beat all three on the ps2.

The Final Fantasy series of games. Literally at the beginning of rpg where you travel in a party and level up and face harder foes along the way. The music is honestly some of the best and it isn't till later installments where the graphics take a turn for the better. I've played quite a number of them but have only beaten; 7, 9, 10, 10-2, 12, 13, none of the 13 sequels, 15, type 0, Mystic Quest (final fantasy for beginners), 7 crisis core, 7 dirge of Cerberus, did not beat the 7 remake...maybe because they brought out the integrade...which I never got. Anyway worthy games, my favorite is still 10.

just a few more to add in there.

The Old Wolf

Fallout 4 was ok I much preferred New Vegas and F3 though, although I LOVE Dogmeat

The Witcher , I tried and tried and tried to like it so many best of's and accolades alas not for me

I have not played the others you mentioned

The Final Fantasy series has some amazing games FF7 is a classic although I think I liked FF10 the absolute best

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines was fun

Verasaille

I love World of Warcraft, still playing it since 2008. The newer expansions were not as good, IMO. I am curious about the latest one, because it looks more introspective. I cannot afford to buy it yet, but probably will sooner or later.

I liked FFXIV, and tempted by their latest, but not sure I want to go back. It has a lot of drama and tear jerker content. But the rpers can be very cliquey and way too Anime for me. Not a bad game though.

I have yet to try Baldur's Gate 3. I have the first 2 and could not get far. Too complicated for me.
I have gone off in search of myself. If I should get back before I return, please keep me here.
