Fall to the Dark Side [Star Wars stories]

Okay I'm not going to make this pretty or fancy, as I'm really here for the writing. I'm on the hunt for stories set in the Star Wars universe. While primarily I'm looking for something set during the last three movies, I'm open to ideas from other eras of the Star Wars mythos.

Though I should point out that I've not played any of the Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic games, so stories set in that particular era would be wasted on me.

Craving
Now I know this is an unoriginal idea considering the amount of lore that Star Wars has to offer, but I am looking at playing out a story between Kylo Ren and Rey, focussing on what would have happened had Rey accepted Kylo Ren's offer after the death of Snoke, played out during The Last Jedi. I'd like to play Rey in this, and write out what could have happened had Rey joined Kylo Ren and the First Order. Whether the First Order remained, or whether the pair started a new group using the assets and powers that the First Order had at it's disposal.

I would like to avoid the Palpatine storyline that was introduced in Rise of Skywalker. While I had nothing against the movie, that particular aspect of it was underwhelming in it's execution and should not have been included at all. So in this story, Rey is not a Palpatine, and the Sidious never returned.


While this is my key craving, I'm open to other ideas in the Star Wars universe so please, feel free to message me if you have any ideas.
