YOU'RE ALMOST OUT OF TIME, BARRY!

The Story:
It's been a year since Barry Allen first gained his powers as a result of that horrific accident which occurred at Star Labs. Since that fateful night, Barry's been attempting to juggle life his personal life and career on top of his newly developed, crime-fighting alter ego, The Flash. Like most things, having superpowers, and the super responsibilities that come with them, isn't always everything it's cracked up to be. Friendships are strained. Things at work are just a little more than stressful and Capt. Signh swears the next time he's late to a crime scene, that heads will roll. On top of all that, Barry's love life, or lack thereof, has come to a complete stop.

One night, after a particularly difficult scrap with King Shark, Barry finds himself injured and alone in an alleyway. One of the best benefits of his new alter ego had been the application of rapid healing to his body, but irony holds and things just weren't moving fast enough for Barry's sake. His stomach tightens uncomfortably and before he can take the next 5,000 steps it would take to get home, his world goes black and he slumps over to the hard cement.

By chance... YOU happen to walk by and notice a heap of red lying on the ground, yellow sparks still flying.

Who are you? Perhaps you're just a friendly stranger that happens by... perhaps you're something more... perhaps you're someone with a more sinister intentions?

That's the beauty of this One on One- YOU get to choose your character! Do you have meta powers? Are you hero? Are you the villain?

The future for Barry Allen and The Flash is in your hands.

Open World:
My goal for this One on One is to expand our story into an open world group RP with multiple DC characters and story arcs.

Barry slumped against the red brick wall, his suit torn from the battle with King Shark. He had to hand it to him, that shark's bite was worse than his... bark? No. Sharks didn't bark. Did they even make sound? He closed his tight as pain shot through his body. His mind was becoming fuzzy and his whole world was spinning. He wanted to vomit. Perhaps he'd feel better after. No. He knew that wasn't going to be the case. Barry slumped further, his palm riddled with concrete from the wall, as he pressed against it with all his weight, trying to stay upright. It was a losing battle and within moments Barry had fallen to the ground, unconscious. His mask was barely on his face. He was a sitting duck.
