Nullification (F for M, noncon)

So I’ve recently developed a new kink that is a bit darker than my usual fare, and I’m looking for a partner to help explore it a bit.

The kink I want to try is listed as Nullification on F list, specifically I'm interested in having my character lose her arms below the elbow and her legs below the knee. Generally this is done by cutting them off, but I have a different method in mind that’s a little less gruesome.

My idea is that YC would have access to short stockings with a magical enchantment similar to that of a bag of holding from dnd. As he slides it up the girl’s limb, the appendage disappears inside the stocking, up to the elbow/knee, leaving her with a stump in an insultingly cute, lingerie style stocking instead of her former limb. He defeats my heroines by placing all four of their limbs into these stockings, leaving each girl as a quadruple amputee, completely helpless to his whims. The limb can be restored only by removing the stocking. In addition, the stockings are enchanted such that only a man can remove them. If a woman tries, she will find the elastic band that holds it in place on the stump lies flush with her skin such that her fingers cannot slide under it, and the material clings too tightly to her skin to pinch it and pull it off that way.

Of course, the fun doesn’t end with our villain simply defeating the girls and robbing them of their appendages. He takes each girl he defeats as a trophy, displaying them in his home like decorations and using them like his own personal sex toys as he pleases.

So that's the bulk of the idea. Some random thoughts;
-I'd like for the Dom to be a misogynist, valuing women only for their aesthetic beauty and considering them to be worthless for most anything else. He considers a woman's forearms, hands, shins and feet to be unsightly, believing the perfect female form to be that of a quadruple amputee.
-I haven't figured out what to call these magical stockings that YC uses to take away a girl's limbs. Punishment Socks? Null Stockings? IDK. Open to suggestions.
-I think I'd like to do it as either a fantasy story, a magical girl story, or something in the vein of MHA, in which this could be YC's Quirk. Let me know your preference.
