So my stipulations for character creation are simple.

• Stands names and references are musical (Older music, the 90s, or current)
• Your stats should not be overpowered. (No all high stats)
• No realistic imagery. Anime only. If you're playing a female character do some research so you aren't using imagery of an underage character.

I'm thinking of making a character whose Stand is basically a glass cannon, one with, like, an A in Power and maybe D, or even E, in Durability.  Would that make any sense or would I be shooting myself in the foot?

Well durability likely dictates how much punishment a stand can take before shattering. Shattering a stand also typically kills the user unless its' a bound or automatic stand. xD

I would recommend a B in power and likely a D in durability. Also be weary that destructive power can lead to either attracting unwanted attention to the user or depending on the stand's abilities be a danger to the user as much as to others.

Purple Haze an example of a glass cannon stand that's very powerful to the point that even its' user isn't safe from its' destructive power. xD

...Also being a glass cannon likely means you also have good range but are possibly at a disadvantage when in close quarters.

...Also there is the matter of how precise you want the stand's abilities to be. xD

The very rough idea of why it's so "fragile" is based on the character's lack of a good sense of self-preservation, not really placing value on their own life over the lives of others.  Very much having to do with some sort of hero worship/martyr complex, though I haven't yet hammered out any of the details, considering I'm very much in the early concept stages of developing said character.  Probably something to do with a parental figure and what they did in life, or something to that effect.  Again, still very early concept stuff.  Still, you raise a fair point.  I'll give it some more thought, obviously, so thanks for the input ^^
