I was thinking about either two options- someone that is hungering to get famous like the Kardashians and sees the bimbo angle as a way to reach more followers and then somehow turn that into money, fame, and fortune, or else the other option is someone that was successful in their 20s, very successful, but it was an extremely demanding and stressful life. Maybe she made millions of dollars being a high powered executive, but, she never had the fun that she felt like she deserved- maybe she's been working since she was 15 and could never enjoy pleasure. She might see someone one from her high school days that is the perfect bimbo and very happy- maybe they have a friendship or her friend instigates her seeing someone that sets her down that path. She could be working at 3 am on the next big project and she sees a friend of her high school friend relaxing naked on the sands of some beach on the other side of the world.

And she's turned on and excited by the idea of shaking up her life and becoming a perfect bimbo. She would be willing to spend her money to facilitate the transformation and could even travel to far away destinations- Argentina for Cosmetic Surgery, Japan for skin reconditioning to be youthful, somewhere else for excessively large implants that are not allowed in the US, maybe yet another place to get her feet worked on so she could only wear high heels.
