Changing Themes not working?

Hey there! Sorry to have to post in here, and if this is the wrong forum, but in the "Look and Layout" area of managing your profile, it says that you can change the look and layout of the site via the themes. I have tried to change and save it, but it never works. Am I doing something wrong, or missing something? I like both the Rainbow and Blue and Black ones and wanted to be able to load the site in as one of those without having to change it every time I load in. ^^;;

If anyone can help, it would be wonderful! Thank you in advance for stopping by and for any help you can/will provide!

You can choose the preview the theme, then select "use this theme" if you want to keep it.

ETA: That link won't help anyone else, mind you. The bit after "u=" is your user ID. Each person who wants to update their theme will have to substitute their own user ID. You can find that out by hovering over your own profile & seeing what comes after "u=" in the link.

That's where I've been in, and it always resets it back to default when I click [Use this theme]. That's where the confusion comes in. I don't know why it keeps changing it back to default. o:

If you're loading the site from a bookmark, try loading the page from elliquiy.com instead. It could be that a bookmark is causing your theme to change back to the one when it was bookmarked.

Another possibility you could try is choose 'Elliquiy2' when you're setting your theme, and set it there. For some reason I think that helped it lock in in the past.

Ah! using both of those in tandem somehow worked! Thank you so much! I was really confused as to why it wouldn't change it.
I'll pop back in here if it reverts, but closing out and reloading it showed that its still applied!

Yay I'm glad it worked for you.

I made Rainbow and some other people have had similar issues with themes before. I think I did too.

It was really concerning. At first I thought it was a browser problem so I tried from my phone and it didn't work either. I was so confused.
Also, I love the rainbow theme! I am torn though between it and October now. I love the coloring of Rainbow and the formatting of October.

If they continue to stick properly now you should be fine to change them and alternate between them. Fingers crossed. :)
