Model/Photographer (Romance, Tension, Drama -- M lf F or MtF)

I’ve always wanted to do a model/photographer pairing, but with a bit more depth. So here’s my attempt at one. The following is not set in stone, and it’s up for discussion.

She’s his little sister’s best friend. He also can’t stand her for some reason. He found her annoying as kids, because she was always trying to hang out with him. Maybe she had a crush on him, but he rejected her and hurt her feelings. As they grew up, she got over it, and he didn't think much of it.

Now he’s a big up and coming photographer, and she's an aspiring model. He moved to new york a while ago, and she just moved there trying to jump start her career. Maybe they bump into each other, or more likely she seeks him out via facebook. She tries to get him to take some shots of her. It would be great for her, not just for her portfolio, but because he's talented and has connections. He refuses at first, thinking of her as that annoying little girl. Eventually he agrees, but keeps blowing her off.

 

So late one night she gets the courage to knock on his apartment (possibly a tad drunk if it works with the character), and demands a photoshoot right there and now. He's surprised, not just because of the late night visit, but because she's absolutely stunning. She's certainly not the annoying girl he remembered from his childhood, but a beautiful and intelligent woman.

From there, we can see where it goes. Is that night full of tension, a kiss perhaps, or more? What comes after? Does that photoshoot in his apartment lead to greater things? Do they work together again? Do they meet each other on different shoots? Do they try to fly to the different cities they're working at? Is there something keeping them from being together? Maybe one of them, if not both, are in relationships at some point along their careers? This RP could span a period of weeks, months, or even years as they meet and lose contact.

Posting rate may not be too fast for me. Somewhere between 1-2 posts a week. I also want a lot of communication between us, to see how things are going, to see where to go next, and to let each other know when one of us is busy.

I don't care about posting length, but obviously no one liners. I want depth, thoughts, descriptions, etc… Nothing over the top, but a good balance. Give me something to sink my teeth into and respond to... but it doesn’t have to be 10 paragraphs.

Pm if you're interested, with a quick idea of your character and anything else you might want to discuss.

(Alternatively, this could be a story about a trans girl... he knew her as a boy, but now a beautiful woman...)
