Character Name: Queen Ariel of Atlantis
Franchise: The Little Mermaid
Hero/Villain Name: Sirenea (Atlantean for songstress)
Age: 20
Height: 5'7" (when in full human form)
Weight: 120 lbs.
Sexuality: Bicurious
Occupation: Queen of Atlantis, Empress of the Oceans, Ambassador to the Land-Dwellers
Visual Description: http://images5.fanpop.com/image/photos/30600000/Ariel-disney-princess-30631860-1032-774.jpg  http://images6.fanpop.com/image/photos/33700000/Ariel-disney-princess-33799231-1024-768.jpg  http://images4.fanpop.com/image/photos/23900000/Princess-Ariel-disney-princess-23915796-1440-900.png
Written Description: Ariel has two forms. In her true form she appears as a beautiful human woman from the waist up, with a head of flowing red hair and bright green eyes. From the waist down she has the green-scaled tail of a fish, which ends in transparent fins. Her other form is fully human. She can only maintain human form so long as she does not get wet. Once wet, she reverts to mermaid form until she dries out.
Personality: Ariel tries to be friendly, charming, and caring. But she's hampered by the fact that she's both an introvert by nature, and the circumstances of her life have driven her towards considering what others can do for her and her people first and foremost.

Character Story: Ariel was born as the youngest child of Triton, King of Atlantis and Ruler of the Seas. Triton had no sons but seven daughters and he doted on them all a great deal. Partly because he loved them, and partly because they reminded him of his dear, departed wife, Queen Amphitrite. She died giving birth to Ariel so Triton always had a extra helping of love and affection for his baby girl. What the young Ariel didn't realize was that this made her a target.

Ariel's six older sisters were all intensely competitive. They constantly schemed to attract their father's favor, knowing that he would have to appoint one of them as his heiress. This struggle had been going on long before Ariel was born, of course. Triton had had many years of rule, and was still strong in his old age, but his daughters all knew that one day the old man would pass. The birth of this newcomer and their father's favor for her threatened some long-standing schemes and plots. Ariel's oldest sister, Calliope, had the strongest support base among the people and with the military. When Triton showed no signs of dying soon, or naming her as heiress, Calliope decided that if her father would not relinquish the throne, she'd just have to take it. She spent years building a following among the military and when Ariel was eight, she struck. The coup was swift and bloody. All of Ariel's older sisters were killed that night. Triton died fighting his eldest daughter (helped along by a cocktail of poisons slipped into his dinner that night). Calliope proclaimed herself Queen of Atlantis and, as her first decree, declared war on the surface world (a promise to her military supporters, who had been against Triton's plans to normalize relations with the surface). Ariel witnessed the slaughter, but was spared the fate of her older sisters. Her childhood friend Flounder and the King's advisor, Sebastian, got her out of the palace via a secret exit before Calliope's troops could kill her. Sebastian took her to a remote grotto.

Ariel lived in that grotto for the next six years. Flounder would bring her food and news from Atlantis. Sebastian stood guard. Calliope's hunts for her little sister never ceased, even as she wreaked havoc on the surface world's shipping and coastal regions. Sebastian would occasionally leave for a time, and when he returned it would be with books or scrolls he spirited away from Atlantis. From them, Ariel learned the combat arts of the Atlantean guard. Sebastian also, occasionally, brought others with him. Men and women who were dissatisfied under Calliope's increasingly iron-fisted rule. People willing to fight the tyrannical regime. Some of them were guards or military who found that they weren't as free under Calliope as she had promised. Ariel and her followers trained with them, building the core of a guerilla resistance movement. Everything changed when Ariel was fourteen. That was the year their base was revealed to Calliope by a traitor, and they had to flee in the middle of a swimming firefight.

Ariel and her people were on the run for the next five years, moving from one abandoned shipwreck or deserted grotto to another. They'd stay for a time, then move on when the troops closed in. Ariel discovered two things about herself during this time. The first was personal. Her singing had always been a talent she took pride in. When she was in Atlantis, her father had planned to enroll her in the most prestigious musical academy of the realm when she turned ten. As she reached puberty though, she discovered that her voice could be used for so many things. Songs that inspired. Shouts that shattered coral and metal. A voice that could create pressure that shifted the waves. It was all new and fascinating, and she explored this as she could. The second thing was that her followers increasingly looked to her as a viable alternative to the Tyrant Queen. She tried to mold herself to their expectations. She studied tactics and strategy, psychology and other social sciences. All to learn how to best utilize her people, how to win hearts and minds, and how to be willing to make sacrifices when she needed to. Finally, she felt she was ready.

Half a year ago, she and her forces stormed the capital of Atlantis. The attack was timed with uprisings  in the other cities and provinces of the realm. City-wide block-to-block fighting rocked the capital to its core, but Ariel, along with Flounder, Sebastian, and a small crack team of commandos, made their way to the Palace. Ariel confronted her power-mad sister in the throne room and fought a duel to the death with her. The battle took all day but when it was done, Ariel took the Crown of Atlantis from her sister's lifeless corpse and seated herself on the throne. Her forces had (with help from the citizens) overpowered and defeated Calliope's troops. Following the bloody purge of Calliope's loyalists, Ariel set to the task of rebuilding Atlantis and building peaceful relations with the surface that Calliope had so badly damaged.

Weapons: The Trident of Atlantis. A six-foot trident made of solid orichalcum (a rare magical gold harder and sharper than most metals). The rulers of Atlantis have used this trident since the kingdom's founding to enhance their magical powers and as a weapon. Ariel has not been trained in Atlantean magic, and therefore only has the following abilities with the Trident:

Energy Blasts: The trident can release powerful, destructive energy beams from its' prongs.
Limited Telekinesis: The trident exerts a magic that can lift and move objects at range. While King Triton and Queen Calliope could lift thousands of tons with it (and do many more things as well), Ariel has only figured out how to lift approximately twenty tons with the Trident.
Limited Shapeshifting: Ariel taps the magic of the Trident to switch from mermaid to human form and back again. Without it she would be a mermaid all the time.

Coral Sword. Ariel carries a sword of magically hardened coral. The blade is twice as durable and sharp as steel.

Orichalcum Armor: Ariel had a form-fitting armor and crowned helmet made for her out of orichalcum.

Super Powers: Atlantean Physiology: Atlanteans have bodies designed to survive the crushing pressure of the deep seas. This makes her skin and musculature many times more dense than a human's, providing thirty times the strength and durability of a human. Her fish-like lower half is streamlined for speedy swimming in the depths, and her eyes and ears are adapted to sight in the lightless murk, as well a far greater range of hearing than most humans.

Enhanced Vision: http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Enhanced_Vision (Infrared vision, Nightvision, Ultraviolet Vision) Like all Atlanteans, Ariel is capable of great perception in the deep-sea gloom.

Sonokinesis (Sound Manipulation): Ariel's greatest powers involve her voice.

Faceclaim: Miss Loulou
Character Name: Cruella De Vil
Franchsise: 101 Dalmatians
Hero/Villain Name: No alias
Age: Immortal - appears to be in her mid-twenties
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 120 lbs.
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Occupation: Heiress to the De Vil fortune, Fashionista
Visual Description: Cruella's preferred color scheme consists of black and white. She often wears black and white clothing, and usually has her hair dyed either white or black. She often prefers to be seen in vintage, corset style clothing, though she isn't limited to just that. Cruella appears even younger than most recall, which is due to a specific blend of potions that not only kept her young, they also reversed the aging process.
Written Description: Her stature is average, though her curves are quintessential. She displays a perfectly plump hourglass, lush lips, and smoldering, gray eyes.
Personality: Cruella is known for being somewhat cruel and slightly evil. She has a certain charm about her, which beguiles some people into believing that she's simply playful and teasing. In some instances, that might be true. Though, her main drives in life revolve around fortune and fashion. Cruella is the sort of woman who ensnares men within her tangled web and enjoys leaving them there for as long as possible. Something about her is oddly seductive and alluring, a talent she uses to her advantage, and often. She respects other villains, as long as they do not step on her toes. However, she prefers to be the happiest person in the room, which means she finds princesses intolerable.
Character Story: In the story of 101 Dalmatians, Cruella was a schoolmate of Anita Radcliffe, who had recently married Roger. Their dalmatians had produced a large liter of pups, and once Cruella got word, she stopped by and offered to buy the whole liter. When she was refused, she threatened to get even with the Radcliffe's, hired two goons to collect as many dalmatian puppies as possible, and steal the puppies from the Radcliffe's, when they weren't home. Her plan had almost worked - that being, the plan to capture enough puppies to make a black and white, spotted, fur coat. However, the puppies parents stole them back and thwarted Cruella's plans. Afterward, she sought to exact revenge on the Radcliffe's, and in time, she did just that. However, over the years, her priorities started to change. She realized how old she was looking, and decided to focus her attention on reversing her aging process, and maintaining youthfulness for as long as possible. Using her fortune and influence to her advantage, she tracked down a few witches who enchanted her with abilities that would grant her the ability to leech off of others. In her shape-shifting forms, she could suck the blood from victims, which would shift their youth to her. The powers came with consequences, however, and if Cruella doesn't collect enough blood, then she will slowly start to perish and wither.
Weapons: J, Cruella's chauffeur, is also her bodyguard. Though he is a mere human and has no supernatural abilities, he is skilled and proficient at protecting Cruella. He carries a Colt Python revolver on him at all times and is considered an expert sharpshooter. Currently, he is in the process of training Cruella on how to use a gun, as well as a dagger.
Super Powers:

  • Shapeshifting - Cruella can take the form of a black bat, as well as a black widow spider. In these forms, her other powers are rendered useless, save for teleportation. She can take on the abilities of either animal, while occupying that form. For instance, as a bat, she can fly, but is limited to only doing so at night. As a spider, she has a venomous bite.
  • Teleportation - Cruella can teleport at will, causing herself to disappear in an instant, only to reappear elsewhere. The limitation to this power, though, is that she cannot teleport anywhere beyond her field of vision. For instance, if she is contained in a room and cannot see an exit, Cruella cannot simply teleport herself out of said room.
  • Ear-splitting Shriek - Cruella has the ability to shriek in such a deafening pitch, that it causes others ears to bleed temporarily, while they are afflicted with a constant tinnitus. It can also cause glass to shatter. The effects last for roughly five to ten minutes, on those who have no defense against it.
Transport: A black and white, old-fashioned, Zimmer Golden Spirit.
Pets: None
Extra: Cruella's potion involves a small portion of the blood of innocents and humans. If she does not feed in her shape-shifting forms, she becomes weaker over time and will eventually - if she goes long enough without a substantial amount of nourishment - start to age once more.
Friends: Cruella's chauffeur, who is only known as J. He wears entirely black suits along with black sunglasses and looks to be a part of the secret service. He's a man of few words, but one who listens well, and gets Cruella wherever she needs to go, as quickly as possible. (J will be an NPC)
Rivals: None... yet
Enemies: Roger and Anita Radcliffe, 101 Dalmatians

If she doesn't scare you, no evil thing will.
To see her is to take a sudden chill.

She's like a spider waiting for the kill,
Look out for Cruella De Vil.

At first you think Cruella is a devil, but after time has worn away the shock,
You come to realize, you've seen her kind of eyes,
Watching you from underneath a rock.

This vampire bat, this inhuman beast, she ought to be locked up and never released.
The world was such a wholesome place until...
Cruella, Cruella De Vil.

I like her a lot. When I saw the pics, I started to try to guess what theme you were going to use. I suspected vampire, but I didn't suspect the witch part. I imagine her hosting a fashion show.  :-)

Character Name: Tinkerbell
Franchsise: Peter Pan
Hero/Villain Name: N/A
Age: Eternal
Height: 5'2"/9"
Weight: 102lbs./10oz.
Sexuality: Bisexual
Occupation: Engineer
Visual Description:

Written Description: Tinkerbell has two heights. Her human height has her shorter than most, but svelte and curvy. A mane of golden curls sits upon her hair, framing pixie features. When she is at pixie height, she's the exact same, just MUCH smaller.
Personality: Typically she's a friendly sort. However, she is well-set in rumors she has heard about others. So she will tend to believe them until and if she is proven otherwise. Those that she doesn't like, know immediately how she feels about them.
Character Story: Tinkerbell grew up in Pixie Hollow. Always a tinker, she learned how things worked, and why. She took her knack for making things everywhere, and used it to help her friends. When she first ran into Peter Pan, she found that her ability to tinker could be translated to big things as well. It was during this time that she also learned how to use her magic, as fighting pirates was often requiring a magical touch. Through it all, Tink soon learned her magic could allow her to grow to "normal" human sizes.

It was a while before she moved on, finally finding the lands of men from Neverland (first star to the right, and straight on till morning). Finding Disney City, Tinkerbell seemed to breeze through schooling to become an engineer. Now she works as a freelancer, helping people around the city with problems...be it electronic, or structural.
Weapons: Tink has only one weapon...that would be her wand, which she uses to help cast her spells.
Super Powers:
Flight: ability to fly around and hover, like a bee (only possible in pixie height)
Magical Ball Projection: able to throw a ball of magical energy at an object at high speed.
Zap: zaps a person with a magical bolt.
Illusion: as a pixie, Tink has the natural ability to cast illusions, including the illusion of "disappear from sight".
Barrier Shield: can stop physical attacks for up to 5 attacks.
Transport: After her time hanging out with Peter and the Lost Boys, Tinkerbell seemed to be enamoured with the sea. So she has a boat...a little 50' schooner she has docked that she spends much of her free time on.

Age: Immortal (appears 20)
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 131 lbs.
Sexuality: Bisexual
Occupation: Empress of Arendelle, Weselton, and the Southern Isles

Written Description: Elsa stands at 5'4", with golden-blonde hair that she uses wears in an elaborate braid or plait. She favors blue and white, though has been known to sport black and red.
Personality: To say Elsa is as cold as the ice she wields is kind of a misnomer. Granted, she can be very cold, cruel, and haughty. However, she does have a heart underneath it all. It's just that her love is reserved for a very small number of things and people. To a vanishly small few, she is warm and generous. Everyone else sees the woman she has become: disdainful, cruel, and even sadistic. Despite this, she is a very capable ruler. She protects what is hers and does not needlessly oppress her people except when they resist her. Quality of living has actually gone up in the terroritories she rules, and the Empire is quickly becoming one of the most advanced nations in terms of science and technology.

Character Story: The childhood of the woman who would come to be feared as the Winter Witch was surprisingly pleasant really. She was born Elsa, eldest daughter o thef King and Queen of Arendelle, a kingdom in the far northern climes of the world. Elsa was a happy child, a delight to her parents and the palace staff. She had a best friend in the form of her little sister Anna. Everything was fine until she became five, and her powers developed. By accident, Elsa discovered that she could create ice and snow at will. Being young and playful, she'd often use her powers to delight Anna and play pranks on her parents and the palace staff. Those were happy times. Innocent times. Elsa could not know that her powers would change everything.

Arendelle had an economic trading partner across the sea: the Duchy of Weselton. And the culture of Weselton was one where sorcerers and witches had been burned at the stake, and hunted as demons and monsters. When Weselton spies learned that the Crown Princess of Arendelle was a budding ice sorceress, it was considered inconveinent. But also an opportunity. Weselton had long since Arendelle's riches for their own and were not satisfied with what they got in trade. They had planned to marry someone from the Ducal family into the Arendelle royal family, or, failing that, to launch a surprise war and take Arendelle for their own. Instead, they began to spread the rumors of Arendelle's cursed royalty to inflame the fears and tensions of their people. They began a trade war with Arendelle, denying shipments of food to the wintry kingdom. At the same time, they sent agitators to stir up the Arendelle citizenry, an easy thing to do as food rationing began and people had to tighten their belts. The kingdom did produce some of its' own food, but the harsh winters made farming difficult and the lack of trade really hurt. People began to grumble against the king and his witch daughter.

The King and Queen wouldn't hear of abandoning their daughter, and refused to strip her of her inheritance as many in Arendelle and Weselton demanded. Instead, the King brought Elsa to the home of the trolls. An ancestor of his had manifested powers, and the trolls had helped him learn to control them, though he'd lived a short life. When Elsa accidentally injured Anna in playing with her powers, she was brought to the trolls. The trolls placed a powerful mental block in her mind, and erased Anna's memory of being injured by her sister.  The King and Queen tried to sell to the people as having neutralized the danger of their daughter's powers, never realizing that Elsa felt slighted and angry that she had to hide a part of who she was to appeal to the people who were less than she was. It didn't stop Weselton's public relation campaign, as they claimed that if the King and Queen could produce a witch once, why not assume Anna would be one. Or the children of Elsa and Anna? They agitated for a full revolution and supplied separatist groups in the realm. The King and Queen responded forcefully. When Elsa was 12 and Anna 9, there was a purge of the separatist groups and a full-on declaration of war with Weselton. The war raged for four years before assassins killed the King and Queen. They came for Elsa and Anna too, and the fear and danger of the situation trigged Elsa to unlock her powers. She killed the assassins with a storm of icicles. She decided then and there that she was done with hiding who and what she was, and done with being persecuted for it. She took the crown from her father's head and marched to the throne room. Once the attackers were repelled, she declared herself Queen of Arendelle and killed any who begged to differ.  In her grief and fury, she raised a massive blizzard that surrounded the country, trapping the Weselton ships that had come to support the coup. She called up hail and destroyed the ships in a storm of elemental rage. She learned to control her powers over the next few months, routinely destroying Weselton reinforcements and sending soldiers against any Weselton sympathizers. People began calling her the Winter Witch and she embraced the title. She declared to the world that if they wanted a witch and a monster, they would get one.

At 13, Elsa discovered that she could create golems of ice and snow. Before the end of the year she had made an army of ice golems to supplement her regular troops. By this time, Weselton had joined forces with the ambitious nation known as the Southern Isles, agreeing to split the profits of Arendelle in exchange for the Isles' help in conquering it. A joint Weselton and Islander force made landfall in Arendelle at the end of summer. Elsa met them with an army of ice golems, regular soldiers, and a howling blizzard at her back. Three days later the combined army lay defeated. Elsa slaughtered them with maximum fatalities as a warning to her enemies at home and abroad. Four months later she retaliated. Her armies marched on Weselton in the dead of winter, Elsa going out of her way to inflict as much carnage and death as she could. She captured the realm, then held a public execution for it's leadership and declared that Weselton was now an annexed part of Arendelle. She spent the next three years putting down guerilla resistance movements, torturing dissidents, and building her forces. At the ripe old age of 16, she sailed for the Southern Isles with her vastly improved armies. It took two years of brutal campaigning and excessively harsh crackdowns, but the Isles were conquered and it's officials put to the sword. Elsa proclaimed herself Empress of the three conquered realms. And now, having developed a taste for conquest and rule, she consolidates and plans the day she'll be Empress of the World. And her next step will be Disney City.

Weapons: She has access to the armories of her empire. She's had a suit of enchanted armor forged for her own protection. The armor is designed for her ease of movement and enchanted to be four times harder and denser than normal armor. She can create weapons of ice with her powers.

Super Powers: Cryogenesis and Cryokinesis: Elsa can create and project cold and ice at will, regardless of ambient moisture or existing temperature. She can also manipulate cold and ice, whether ambient or created. She can use this to create a wide range of effects, as well as constructs of ice and snow. Her ice is incredibly thick and dense, able to survive heavy-duty weapon and superhuman blows without breaking. Her ice is immune to melting naturally unless she wills it, and resistant to supernatural fire and heat sources, but not immune to them. Some examples follow:

Immunity to Cold: Elsa is immune to her own powers and protected against extremes of cold and low temperature in general.

Blizzard Creation: Elsa can create, summon, and control blizzards, hailstorms, and snowstorms of any intensity, from gentle to apocalyptic in force.

Freezing: She can reduce the kinetic energy of atoms, making things around her colder. This ranges from slightly chilly to absolute zero. It also includes flash-freezing effects, and the power to fire blasts of intense ice. She can shape this ice as she pleases, and manipulate both it's intensity and its' quantity. She often uses this power to create constructs of ice: razor-sharp icicles, ice hammers, tendrils to grab things at a distance, and spheres or other shapes for defense.

Ice Aura: Elsa can surround herself in an aura of intense cold that can freeze a person to the bone if they draw near. She uses this primarily for defense, although she is known to surround herself in ice completely in battle.

Frostbite: Elsa can freeze things down to the atomic level. She's used this in the past to freeze and shatter weapons and armor. She's also used this to freeze the flesh and blood of her enemies, creating a grotesque method of execution.

Cryokinetic Flight: Elsa can create ice beneath her and cryokinetically lift into the air, granting her flight. She can also create slides and pillars of ice that wind through the air and glide along those pathways.

Ice Constructs: Elsa can create constructs of ice and snow and give them life and sentience. Most commonly she uses this to create mighty golems of ice and snow. She gives them just enough sentience to obey her unconditionally and to interpret her orders so she doesn't have to micromanage every single one. She's also been known to create entire citadels of ice, and imbue them with sentience so that they serve her every whim and defend her from outsiders.

Immortality: Elsa compelled the trolls to grant her a magical spell that will constantly renew the telomerases of her genes. Although she can be killed, she will not age.

Transport:  The Stormbringer: Formerly the best warship in the Weselton fleet, now repurposed for her exclusive use. She's also fond of palanquins carried by her golems and soldiers and a chariot pulled by polar bears.
Pets: Olaf and Sentinel. These were her first golems. Olaf is a snowman she created from the happy memories of her youth with Anna, and she gifted him to Anna to ease her loneliness. Sentinel is her first war golem, and holds a special place as one of her honor guards.
Extra: She installed Anna as Regent of her Empire when she's away. Anna is the only person she loves and trusts.
Friends:
Rivals:
Enemies: The trolls. She bitterly resents them for locking away her powers as a girl, and has sponsored ongoing troll hunts and exterminations in her territories. There is still a (much crippled and weakened) resistance movement in the conquered territories to contend with. DAGGER is also a foe, who Elsa suspects is involved with the resistance.

Empyrean

There we go. Ariel is updated.

I was trying to go for a Dr. Doom vibe with Elsa by the way. A conqueror, but good to her nation.

TheBlackThrone

As far as what you have for Elsa, I am not going to be taking any political themed characters, so unless you want to put Elsa on the back burner for now, it's just not going to work this early in the game.

This game is just starting and so the story needs to grow and develop. Also, if Elsa was that heartless with her people, there would have been a World War over it. It's like you're writing back in the ancient times where people could get away with genocide, forgetting that this game is taking place in a modern-fantasy era. I didn't see a problem with Ariel because I am seeing her more like a Wonder Woman/Aquaman archetype. But this story you've written for Elsa, it doesn't work.

But yeah for anyone wanting to make characters for this game, I'm not taking any political ones. I want this game to grow before we talk about taking over the world.

I am not stalking you Throne promise lol. Just was looking for more group games and Disney drew me in.

I was toying with the idea of a human version of Bianca from The Rescuers as a hero if that is something that would be alright.

Empyrean

Hm. What all are you looking for in a supervillain? Or would it be better to bring Elsa in later when the game has developed some? I sort of conceived Elsa as an omega-level threat for heroes to battle, but I might have a different idea of what you're looking for.

I'm looking for exactly what I said. No political villains at this time.

Enhanced Vision: Infrared vision, Nightvision, and Ultraviolet Vision. Like all Atlanteans Ariel is capable of great perception in the deep-sea gloom.

Sonokinesis (Sound Manipulation): Ariel's greatest powers involve her voice and the manipulation of sound. Some examples follow.

Sonic Blasts: Ariel can emit powerful blasts from her mouth that can shatter stone and metal, or flesh and bone. Her blasts can be emitted in all directions at once, can emerge as sonic missiles that she can shape by will, and can reflect off surfaces. Her blasts can be explosive in their power, destroying things with raw concussive force. She can emit sonic booms at will, can slice through solid objects with her screams, and unleash tremendous wave-motion blasts that have the force of a nuclear explosion, all with her voice.

Sonokinetic Flight: By emitting and manipulating sound waves, Ariel can fly at speeds of several hundred miles an hour. This power also allows her to propel herself through the water at the same enhanced rate.

Enhanced Lung Capacity: Ariel can hold her breath for extended periods of time, several hours on end. Her enhanced lung capacity also helps her project her voice and sonic powers over far greater range than a normal human or Atlantean, up to several miles at once. Her lungs also have the capacity to remain filled with air at all times, even when exercising her powers.

Echolocation: Ariel can use her voice to emit sonic pulses that let her see even in total darkness.

Enhanced Hearing and Protecting Hearing: Ariel is immune to her own sonic powers, and can hear over a distance of several miles.

Voice Manipulation: Ariel can manipulate her vocal chords to mimic any sound or other person she's ever heard. She can emit hypnotic subharmonics through her voice, making her a compelling and persuasive speaker. She can emit any tone or pitch with her voice. She also has perfect pitch as a singer and speaker.

Siren Song: Ariel possesses an incredible. enchanted singing voice that can lure people to her as a irresistible effect.

Rhythm Intuition: Ariel instinctively understands the rhythm and fluctuation of soundwaves.

Counter Vibrations: In conjunction with her rhythm intuition, Ariel can produce counter notes and vibrations to any frequency she can hear.

Sound Aura Ariel can emit a piercing, vibratory aura around herself with her voice, which functions as a protective shield against missiles and direct physical attacks.

Transport: The Royal Current. A deep-sea submarine warship created by Calliope and outfitted with a flying module for a planned assault on the surface world that never happened.
Pets: Proteus. A blue-ringed squid.
Extra: None
Friends: Flounder, Sebastian, Open (possibly Kim Possible?)

Yay!

As for Elsa, I was thinking. I'm not quite sure I could make her non-political, so could I trade her in for another character? I was thinking Belle, from Beauty and the Beast, as a villainess. Someone who has control over the vice trade in Disney City from behind a respectable front. She's not a Princess, which gets around the no political characters problem, and I think I can give her a set of powers that work as well.

TaDa?

Face Claim: Allison Harvard
Character Name: Bianca Henn
Franchise: The Rescuers
Hero Name: N/A
Age: 26
Height: 5'0"
Weight: 110lbs
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Occupation: DAGGER Agent
Visual Description:
Written Description: Bianca is a waifish woman with long platinum blond hair and large blue eyes. Some people describe her as being 'doll like' with her small frame and pale skin. She very much enjoys dressing up when she is not working wearing high heels along with skirts and dresses more often than not. She enjoys light colors and floral patterns on her time off. While working she often pins her hair up and dressed professionally. She still does her makeup though and never has a hair out of place.
Personality: Bianca is very concerned about her appearance and takes the time for things like perfume and makeup every day. She's very elegant, and graceful in her mannerisms and movement. Despite her slight obsession with her appearance, she is very kind-hearted, compassionate, and surprisingly not shallow. She is can actually be very daring and has a love for adventure. She also has a strong sense of duty when it comes to her position in DAGGER.

Bianca seems to draw people in with her warm and friendly nature. She comes off as the sort to always be positive and friendly, mostly due to worry on her part of her gift influencing people should she be negative. Running into an Empath in a bad mood can really ruin someone’s day after all.

Bianca never appears to be still. She bakes, practises yoga, runs, paints, and sings in her down time. Really she just tries to keep busy. Beyond her everyday activities she enjoys more exciting things when she has the time. She has just got her pilot's license and is certified for SCUBA diving. Her adventurous streak tends to be something that only those close to her see however. Most would just think of Bianca as a sweet if sometimes quiet young woman who still speaks with the faintest of Hungarian accents, though it does get thicker when she gets flustered or agitated..
Character Story: Bianca started off in the RAS (Rescue and Aid Sector) of DAGGER at an age that some would call young for an Agent. She did mostly desk work having been recruited out of a similarly aligned Hungarian Agency. She moved to Disney City under the cover of going to college, she actually took a few classes while getting settled and has considered going back to further her education.

For the most part she would sit in on interrogations and point out lies. Every once in awhile she would be nearby on a meet to see if there was the potential for betrayal or an attack. She flew under the radar as much as one could working for an agency like DAGGER. She in this time became somewhat of an unofficial psychiatrist to some of the Agents due to her ability to heal emotional wounds with a meat thought and pat on the hand as well as because she honestly is just a great listener.

She quickly found that she wanted to be in the field more and started to work toward that goal. A successful mission in Devil's Bayou to recover a precious diamond proved that she had what it takes in her despite what some may think about her due to her appearance. A second mission to Crocodile Falls that only cemented the idea that Bianca could handle more field work. The mission made Bianca bit more with drawn for a time, her actions during the mission resulted in the loss of a life. It was the first human life she was responsible for ending and while it was a vile man who had died she was still rattled by it for some time only getting past it with the aid of friends.
Weapons: Beretta M9 (Basically never used simply standard DAGGER issue)
Super Powers:
Empathy- The power to fully interpret and replicate the emotions, moods, and temperaments of others as well as make others mimic her emotions. Skin on skin contact allows her to pick up deeper hidden emotions and gives a boost to her power though is not necessary most of the time. A downside to her powers is that large groups of people all feeling the same thing can overwhelm her so she doesn’t go see the latest tearjerker in theaters. Her powers being used too much also leads to headaches that can incapacitate her.
Psychic Navigation - Bianca can sense people by the emotional wavelength they give off. This allows her to weed out illusions and robots as they lack emotion. This also can allow Bianca to give a heads up to allies when an enemy spikes in hostility and aggression readying an attack.
Lie Detection - Bianca can sense when a person is lying to her, due to  lying causing irregularities in the emotional wavelength they give off. Does not work on people/things that do not feel emotion. Also some who are more resistant to psychic based powers can be hard to read.
Psychometry - There are places and far less often items that can hold emotional residue (due to major events happening in that location or the item being in the possession of someone who feels something very strongly.). Bianca is able to tap into those emotional imprints and re-experience those emotions as if they were happening in that moment. This allows her to see emotional echoes. This can overwhelm Bianca however trapping her in a vision of what happened, and also often leads to extreme headaches.
Clairempathy - Bianca can sense emotions over great distances. At her best she can look across cities, and pushed to her limit countries and continents. She can use this to find people that are lost or in hiding. There are limits however, she must have met  the person she is looking for or she must touch something personal that they have left some emotional residue on. This requires a deep focus and like any sustained use of her power gives Bianca headaches if she has to search for a long time.
Clairvoyance - Bianca can forge an emotional connection with another person if they become close. If that connection stays opens she can not only sense the other person’s emotions, but can also send her own emotions to the person she has linked with. This means they can communicate with one another emotionally and get quick glimpses of images and thoughts. She is also able to sense when that person is in danger and is also able to locate them by their "emotional wavelength" no matter where they are. Due to her seeing this as an invasion of privacy she avoids leaving these links open.
Empathic Healing - Bianca can rather easily heal emotional wounds, but healing physical wounds is beyond her. When she "treats" wounds that are physical, there is nothing she can do about the actual injury. She simply takes the pain into herself so the victim no longer feels it. This is not for paper cuts, it is for wounds that will incapacitate someone with pain. Bianca will feel the pain intensely but will use this selflessly if it means sparing someone else the pain.
Transport: Bianca's Baby
Pets: None but she is thinking about adopting a dog.
Extra:

  • Bianca can easily be possessed by Spirits or Ghosts, since they are bound by emotion.
  • Bianca can’t handle extremely large amounts of emotions at once or she may be compelled to act on those emotions. Too much anger can make her lash out, too much sorrow could make her cry and so on.
  • Bianca is pretty much powerless against beings that have no emotions, such as robots or users of Apathy.
  • Bianca loves animals, except for cats apathetic little beasts that they are.
  • Bianca really tries to avoid second hand items due to possible emotional residue as it simply gets annoying to be around.
  • Bianca avoids touching people if she help it, while she had suppress her powers she can never really turn them off fully. The skin on skin contact can over ride her attempt to not read someone.
  • Bianca's work space and home have been modified by DAGGER so that while she is alone within those spaces she can't read outside the walls unless actively trying allowing her some rest.
Friends: Open
Rivals: Open
Enemies: Open.

Thank you. I have been wanting to use Allison for a face claim and I felt like she really fit for Bianca.

I think as Ariel gets to know the surface world, she might want to work with DAGGER. Or perhaps recruit some of their agents to form a heroic league of some sort. :)

Written Description:: Belle stands at 5'5", with flowing brown hair and soft brown eyes set in a round, pale-skinned face. Her body is slender and very curvy, usually dressed to impress in clothes that flatter her form, and heels that make her taller.

Personality: Belle is ambitious, relentless, and determined to succeed at whatever the cost to anyone else. The word sociopath might apply to her. A lifetime of having her beauty and her powers has taught her that people are tools. Pawns to be manipulated on a grand chessboard only she can see. They exist to make her life easier, to be used for her pleasure and to disappear when she isn't interested. She considers herself to be a sophisticated career woman, with an interest in poetry, history, and the social sciences. She knows how to play the airheaded bimbo when she must, but she finds it distasteful. Belle has never loved another after her father died. From that night, she decided that her love was for herself alone: the only worthy recipient of love.

Character Story: The woman who would become the Queen of Enchantment started out in an unassuming position. Her father was Marcel, a well-meaning if naive and hapless middle-manager for Angelique Industries. Based in France, Angelique Industries is a multinational conglomerate that specializes in cutting-edge genetic, magical, and biochemical research. Branches of the corporation focus on things like marketing beauty products, developing fashion lines, and recently they've branched into creating a line of fashionable and functional self-defense products for women. Belle's mother was Claire Rose, one of the designers for Angelique's fashion lines. Sadly, she didn't live to see her daughter grow up. Claire died when her car was T-boned by a drunk driver. Belle was only one at the time and has no real memory of her mother.

Marcel did everything in his power to raise Belle right. Her early years were ones of wonder. From a young age, Belle had a fascination with books and could lose herself for hours at a time in worlds of fantasy, philosophy, and science-fiction. Marcel did all he could to encourage her, and was proud to see her blossom. She was enrolled in a prestigious school for gifted children and seemed well on her way to a good life.

It all changed when puberty hit. Belle had always been a striking girl but now she was really blossoming into her beauty. Worse, from her perspective, was the development of her powers. She didn't realize it at first, but her body naturally emitted pheromones that just attracted people to her, regardless of gender. But when she realized that she could use this attraction to make people do things for her, like give her better grades, she found that she could live with it. She used her growing powers to make her life much easier over the next few years, and reveled in her power.

It wasn't until she was 17 that the dark side of her powers made themselves known. There was a young man who took a fancy to her. By now, Belle was used to this and used to exploiting it. She'd always gotten her way without ever having to do more than tease and hint. But this young man wouldn't take no for an answer. And he was very rich, with a family that had organized crime connections. One evening men pulled up to her house in an unmarked van. They broke in, killing Marcel when he tried to call the authorities, and stuffed a rag of chloroform over her face. She awoke to the men arguing over got to take her first, their mission forgotten in her presence. Belle used the opportunity to grab a gun from a distracted man and shoot them all dead in a blind rage. All except one. She kept him alive long enough to tell her who had sent him and then she killed him.

She dressed up as one of the masked men and drove back to where they were expected. Not being a badass warrior, she bluffed her way to the man she was supposed to have been taken to, then she willed her powers to swell to the front. She found herself pushing, active instead of passive. When she revealed her face, the man fell to his knees begging for her love. Belle was going to take his gun and kill him right there, but a thought came to her. Her father was dead. Her life destroyed. Why should he get off easy? No, it would be more fun to take from him. It would be justice. She had her enthralled subject open his computer and give her access to everything: his bank accounts, his blackmail files on local officials, and all those incriminating connections to his organized crime bosses. Then she gave him a simple mission: kill the boss of the crime family and he would have her love. The man, Valmont, had no hesitation. He left at once to carry out her order, leaving her free to enthrall one of his pet hackers to help her: first she had him create a dummy Swiss account, then drained Valmont's money into it. Then she downloaded all the incriminating information and left.

It was all over the papers the next day: Crimelord slain in hit, hitman killed by mob enforcers. Belle giggled to herself silently. She'd gone back to the scene of the would-be kidnappers and injured herself enough to be mistaken for dead. At the coroner's office, she'd "woken up" and enthralled the woman to make out an official death certificate and arrange for a burial. A burial for a casket with an elaborately made fake of herself. To the world, Belle Rose was a dead woman. She left the coroner's office and began to set her plots in motion. It started with exploiting the information she'd taken from Valmont. She met with the various crime figures, enchanted them each in turn, and had them teach her their skills. They put their resources, their contacts, at her disposal. And slowly she grew.

It took years of course. Belle didn't believe in doing things by half-measures, and she didn't want to raise alarms. Her enchanted slaves spread her tendrils across the criminal underworld of France, always disguised as their own movements and ambitions. Belle, under assumed names, lived as the hidden girlfriend or mistress or secret lover of these slaves, the world unaware that her dupes provided her with everything while taking all the risks themselves. While any crime that could net her money appealed to her, she felt a draw towards the world of vice. Seeing how people could be led by their desires has always been a fascination of hers. Magic was also a fascination, and she wanted more pull there. That's what led her to her latest conquest: Marc D'Orleans, owner, CEO, and President of the Board for Angelique Industries. It seemed that Mr. D'Orleans had a penchant for beautiful prostitutes ever since his ugly, messy divorce from his wife Claire. With her control over the vice trade, it wasn't hard for her to arrange a meeting. Her powers did the rest of the work. Within a year, Marc D'Orleans married the charming "Desirée", after Belle arranged for the death of his ex and their child. Her besotted lover named her sole beneficiary of his will and she traded a life in the shadows for a life of pampered luxury. Angelique Industries entire buffet of resources was laid before her, and after sampling the goods, she had her husband develop a secret branch of the organization that would work with her criminal empire.

And yet, Belle feels dissatisfied. Conquering France's criminal underworld and ensuring herself a life of luxury and privilege is all well and good. But she wants more. More money, more power, more success. And so she's set her sights on expansion. Disney City would be a good first step towards breaching the American crime scene. From there, who knows? The world is just waiting to fall in love with the Queen of Enchantment.

Weapons: Belle doesn't believe in soiling her own hands with violence these days. That's what minions are for. Nonetheless, she carries an Angelique Industries model customized .357, with armor-piercing hollow-point bullets that are specially enchanted with a fast-acting and lethal poison. She even has a license for open and concealed carry as Desirée.

Super Powers:

Supernatural Beauty: Belle's name means beauty, and she simply is beautiful. Incredibly so. Even when she doesn't bother to put in effort, she's effortlessly physically perfect. She has an instinctive eye for things that can enhance her appearance, but she doesn't really need it and she knows it. Her beauty inspires a lowering of inhibitions, intense love, and obedience when she wills her powers to really take hold of a person. She can induce emotions like bliss, addiction, and even insanity (she's done this to a few "employees" who failed or displeased her). The only downside Belle has found is that ever since the power activated at puberty, she's never been able to turn it off. Which can be a problem when she wants to be subtle.

Pherokinesis: Belle is capable of generating and emitting specialized pheromones from her body. These pheromones cause intense sexual and romantic attraction towards Belle, irrespective of one's sexual orientation. Through practice, she's learned how to tailor the effect of the pheromones she gives off. Most of the time she gives off an aura that produces mild attraction to her and provides a pleasurable buzz, like that of alcohol. She can produce effects ranging from addiction to intense pleasure, all the way up to feelings of romantic love and a slavish subservience in others. She's used these abilities to build long-term addictions in her slaves, an addiction only she can fulfill. She inspires fanaticism, blind loyalty, and love, and keeps her pets in this way.

Manipulation/Persuasion: While Belle's powers allow for her to manipulate and persuade others with great ease, and addict them to her pheromones, she doesn't possess true mind control. Her subjects still possess their own minds, and can think and act on their own. Love of/addiction to her just becomes an overriding priority. She can will her powers to have different effects on people, but she cannot turn them off, ever.

Eternal Youth: Belle noticed that she seems to have stopped visibly aging around age 18. She suspects that this comes from her mother, given Marcel's descriptions of Claire as a timeless beauty. Nonetheless, she has had Angelique Industries magiscientists give her a genetic treatment that will constantly renew the telomerases of her genes so that she never physically appears older. Much to her frustration, they could not make her absolutely immortal, only immune to the ravages of age. She still has the needs of a normal human and can die like one, and seeks a means of true immortality.

Transport: Belle travels in style: luxury cars (with drivers), private jets, her own yacht. There's nothing Marc wouldn't buy for her, and if he couldn't, her other slaves can provide.
Pets: Legionnaire. Her large Doberman pincher. And Sophisticate. Her white cat.
Extra: She makes a point to appear as a sophisticated woman of excellent breeding, who donates to charities, including several government and police functions. This is all a front so she can get her hooks into high-ranking politicians and law-enforcement agents. She also speaks with her native Parisian French accent. She knows some find it sexy.
Friends:
Rivals: Hades (once she tries to get into Disney City's crime scene)
Enemies:

TheBlackThrone

You mention her randomly taking computer classes as though you were trying to make her elaborate back story work. You then never mention the computer skills again. I think it would make more sense if she had manipulated a hacker to assist her, which takes me to the second topic.

The theme you chose for her is beauty. Mind control dips into a whole other category. I think you should switch the power to either "Manipulation" or "Persuasion" because it doesn't seem like she has any control over her beauty powers. She just plays with a double-edged sword.
