Dice Rollers

Since there no longer seems to be a functioning dice roller attached to E and not everyone uses Discord, is there a decent dice roller that will give a roll that can be copied and pasted as proof it's from the dice roller or is that out of the bounds?  Like I know with the one on E you could go into history and verify but right now it would be on the honor system only.  I know you can use a bot on Discord, have one in my Discords where I do TTRPGs but on E not everyone uses Discord so trying to figure out other options.
