What are you grateful for today?

I think we can use a break from the hate and negativity in the world that is forced in our faces on a daily basis. This is a practice that sometimes gives me slight reprieve of my depression and anxiety. Maybe it's silly but I thought …why not?

So I will start with…

Today I am grateful for the ability to unplug.

I am grateful for my very demanding, yet adorable, black cat. He provides me with warm cuddles.

I got a massage and even though he couldn't get all my bones to go where they are supposed to be, he relaxed the muscles enough so that my head quit hurting.
I will take that win any day. YAY ME....
