Being an inventor could be useful down the road Baleron. Perhaps we should have mining or have the cast gather up materials that can be used for item synthesis down the road in the story? It could also be a way for the gang to get noticed after the "Troupe" is formed; each character putting their skills to use as they search the countryside in search of the mystery metal that they will be ordered to find by Lord Nobuo.

I am going to refrain from replying to the RP tonight, but it appears we have encountered our first boss~

I would like to have Alexia, considering she is unarmed and has no weapon of any kind, to have her first incident with her power and zap uncontrollably at the slime. . . and possibly a few other things as she tries to "master" her newfound ability. Would anyone else like to have something occur? Also, Henderson. . . This might be the perfect opportunity for #183 to have a "blue magic" moment tee hee hee, that is of course if you want him too.

Kineaaaaaaasssssssss *searches for her drunken kitty since he's not in her IM box*

Now i have to go look up what magics/powers that Flan's have to see if any of them are blue-magicable.

Daww! :P

LOL I don't mean to cause you too much grief!

Also, I may poof tomorrow/today because I will probably be with my Grandmother for most of the day. There was a close call kind of earlier, so she may pass away tomorrow or any day now. . . I apologize~

I'm still pondering how to bring my character into the group, he doesn't appear to have any connection to them other than being in the crash...

It can be rather tricky... I don't suppose you'd be known to Alexia's company in any way? Perhaps you have a specialist skill they'd like to hire you on for? x3

That could work, /nod /nod.

Assuming you don't mind waiting a little longer to get into the mix of things. I didn't wanna push my last post too far too fast without giving others a chance to reply~

You could always be like 'DRAMATIC ENTERANCE WRAAH' and do some damage to the epic slime x3

Nevermore, isn't your character the artist with the studio? You could be hired on by Lord Byron (Alexia's father) to help renovate their ship and make it all fancy~

Is it just me, or have -all- of Baleron's posts from this thread and the IC thread dissapeared?

The deletion of the posts is what offends me the most. He said in his discussion in the Doormat that he would try to work on things when prompted by Nic. I see no PM or anything from him talking about his issue to me. So. . . I've just thrown back by all of this, and speechless. I've never had someone do this before and by him deleting the posts. . . . how can he come back? The very act of deleting them signifies that he is done with it and all of us. . . . Doesn't it?

To be totally honest I'm at a loss too. I havn't even looked at the IC thread yet, for fear of the sense it's not going to make. And that I'll probably rage when I see it.

I dunno, I guess it would be pretty impossible for him to just segway back into the game. Sad though. What do you think we should do about the IC thread, since continuity now says we have only three people in the sewers? x3

I'm afraid to look at it too. Hell. . . Part of me is tempted to just START the damn thing OVER. . . . I'm that frustrated.

To be Frank. . . I'm going to send the PM and give it a little bit of time. . . Because honestly, we can't do shit right now in the RP until we figure out what in the world Baleron's doing and IF he's going to make a case for himself and return to this RP.

I might actually suggest if we're doing anything of the starty-over variety, we just make a new thread and skip ahead a bit, like we were going to do before.

Keeps the story moving, nobody gets bored, nonsense posts are left behind, etc. etc.

Indeed. We have some excellent material and scenes already, I don't want to lose them or inconvenience the players with having to re-do them.

Well I want to have everyone's opinions on this matter. I did message Baleron and told him to make a case for himself in the OOC if he desired to re-join/stay in this RP.

However. . . His actions spoke boldly and have affected this whole RP, so even though I am leader of this group, I am going to be letting the other members also be part of the decision on what to do about him and about the RP. We are a group, thus everyone's voices and opinions are important.
