Deleting files from WIKI

I would like to learn how to delete files or contributions from my Elliquiy WIKI. I want to do it myself and not bother asking an admin for help. I went to the help page on the subject and don't understand it. Can anyone help me?

The way that the wiki is set up, deletion is done by adding them to the category [[Delete]].  Only wikimins have the ability to delete pages.

To clarify, the proper and only procedure outside of a direct PM to Staff is to remove any other [[Category]] tags and add [[Category:Delete]] to the page.  This category is purged on a regular basis.
