Thanks Oldedog good to know a few spells are okay to have form the Lew handbook! I am reaching the  finish I should be done soonish.

Quote from: oldedog on July 04, 2024, 03:01:16 PMEither is fine but a full character sheet does make sure I don't have any issues with the character before the game starts plus it helps make sure all the fine details are figured out as well, letting us get into the game proper more quickly.

If you don't want to put the time into it at the risk of your character not getting selected until you know they are in the game that is understandable and totally fine as well.

I updated my application with the full character sheet and more information. If there's anything off that I can tweak before the deadline let me know.
What a thrill...with silence and darkness through the night....

Finishing up work so it'll be a bit before I can check it out but if anything needs tweaking I'll let you know and we can adjust before I make the final party decision.

Re Z L

Likewise if you can think of anything that needs adjustment on mine just let me know  :-)

Some things I know I still have pending:
  • Sexual implement proficiencies
  • Sexual history starting gear (most likely the self-pleasure pack)
  • Bond for the character background (hadn't found one I liked was going to create one)

Age: Half-elves mature at the same rate humans do and reach adulthood around the age of 20. They live much longer than humans, however, often exceeding 180 years.
Alignment: Half-elves share the chaotic bent of their elven heritage. They value both personal freedom and creative expression, demonstrating neither love of leaders nor desire for followers. They chafe at rules, resent others’ demands, and sometimes prove unreliable, or at least unpredictable.
Size: Half-elves are about the same size as humans, ranging from 5 to 6 feet tall. Your size is Medium.
Speed: Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision: Thanks to your elf blood, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Class:
Bard/ 2(College of  Romance)
Hit Points
Hit Dice: 1d8 per bard level
Hit Points at 1st Level: 8 + your Constitution modifier
Hit Points at Higher Levels: 1d8 (or 5) + your Constitution modifier per bard level after 1st
Proficiencies
Armor: Light armor
Weapons: Simple weapons, hand crossbows, longswords, rapiers, shortswords
Tools: Three musical instruments of your choice
Saving Throws: Dexterity, Charisma
Skills: Choose any three
Equipment
You start with the following equipment, in addition to the equipment granted by your background:
(a) a rapier
(a) a diplomat’s pack
((b) any other musical instrument(Birdpipes).
Leather armor(Sold) and a dagger
Spellcasting
You have learned to untangle and reshape the fabric of reality in harmony with your wishes and music.
Your spells are part of your vast repertoire, magic that you can tune to different situations.
Cantrips
You know two cantrips of your choice from the bard spell list. You learn additional bard cantrips of your choice at higher levels, as shown in the Cantrips Known column of the Bard table.
Spell Slots
The Bard table shows how many spell slots you have to cast your bard spells of 1st level and higher. To cast one of these spells, you must expend a slot of the spell’s level or higher. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a long rest.
For example, if you know the 1st-level spell cure wounds and have a 1st-level and a 2nd-level spell slot available, you can cast cure wounds using either slot.
Spells Known of 1st Level and Higher
You know four 1st-level spells of your choice from the bard spell list.
The Spells Known column of the Bard table shows when you learn more bard spells of your choice.
Each of these spells must be of a level for which you have spell slots, as shown on the table. For instance, when you reach 3rd level in this class, you can learn one new spell of 1st or 2nd level.
Additionally, when you gain a level in this class, you can choose one of the bard spells you know and replace it with another spell from the bard spell list, which also must be of a level for which you have spell slots.
Spellcasting Ability
Charisma is your spellcasting ability for your bard spells. Your magic comes from the heart and soul you pour into the performance of your music or oration. You use your Charisma whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Charisma modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a bard spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one.

Spell save DC = 8 +2+ 2=12
Spell attack modifier = 2 + 2=4
Ritual Casting
You can cast any bard spell you know as a ritual if that spell has the ritual tag.
Spellcasting Focus
You can use a musical instrument (see Equipment) as a spellcasting focus for your bard spells.
Bardic Inspiration
You can inspire others through stirring words or music. To do so, you use a bonus action on your turn to choose one creature other than yourself within 60 feet of you who can hear you. That creature gains one Bardic Inspiration die, a d6.
Once within the next 10 minutes, the creature can roll the die and add the number rolled to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw it makes. The creature can wait until after it rolls the d20 before deciding to use the Bardic Inspiration die, but must decide before the GM says whether the roll succeeds or fails. Once the Bardic Inspiration die is rolled, it is lost. A creature can have only one Bardic Inspiration die at a time.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (a minimum of once). You regain any expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Your Bardic Inspiration die changes when you reach certain levels in this class. The die becomes a d8 at 5th level, a d10 at 10th level, and a d12 at 15th level.
Jack of All Trades
Starting at 2nd level, you can add half your proficiency bonus, rounded down, to any ability check you make that doesn’t already include your proficiency bonus.
Song of Rest
Beginning at 2nd level, you can use soothing music or oration to help revitalize your wounded allies during a short rest. If you or any friendly creatures who can hear your performance regain hit points at the end of the short rest by spending one or more Hit Dice, each of those creatures regains an extra 1d6 hit points.
The extra hit points increase when you reach certain levels in this class: to 1d8 at 9th level, to 1d10 at 13th level, and to 1d12 at 17th level.

Monk/1(The way of the Sensate)
Hit Points
Hit Dice: 1d8 per monk level
Hit Points at 1st Level: 8 + your Constitution modifier
Hit Points at Higher Levels: 1d8 (or 5) + your Constitution modifier per monk level after 1st.
Proficiencies
Weapons: Simple weapons, shortswords
Unarmored Defense
Beginning at 1st level, while you are wearing no armor and not wielding a shield, your AC equals 10 + your Dexterity modifier + your Wisdom modifier.
Martial Arts
At 1st level, your practice of martial arts gives you mastery of combat styles that use unarmed strikes and monk weapons, which are shortswords and any simple melee weapons that don’t have the two- handed or heavy property.
You gain the following benefits while you are unarmed or wielding only monk weapons and you aren’t wearing armor or wielding a shield:
You can use Dexterity instead of Strength for the attack and damage rolls of your unarmed strikes and monk weapons.
You can roll a d4 in place of the normal damage of your unarmed strike or monk weapon. This die changes as you gain monk levels, as shown in the Martial Arts column of Table: The Monk.
When you use the Attack action with an unarmed strike or a monk weapon on your turn, you can make one unarmed strike as a bonus action. For example, if you take the Attack action and attack with a quarterstaff, you can also make an unarmed strike as a bonus action, assuming you haven’t already taken a bonus action this turn.
Certain monasteries use specialized forms of the monk weapons. For example, you might use a club that is two lengths of wood connected by a short chain (called a nunchaku) or a sickle with a shorter, straighter blade (called a kama). Whatever name you use for a monk weapon, you can use the game statistics provided for the weapon.

History

Miri-Enna Liadon-Amblecrown is the daughter of a polycule family: Stedd Amblecrown, a human of  Tethyrian Descent, Thia Liadon, her Biolological mother, of Moon Elf descent, and her second mother, Rowan Greycastle a Half elf descended from a Tethyrian and Moon-elf coupling. Rowan was raised amongst Moon elves along with Thia, her friend and closest confidant. Thia wanted to leave to become an adventurer, however, so Rowan left as well to accompany her. On this journey was when they both met Stedd Amblecrown. They began to adventure together, using Waterdeep as their home base.

When Thia eventually was with child, she took a break from adventuring for the time it took to carry the child safely to term. It was during this time that Rowan added the name Enna to her first name to honor an aunt who always made her feel welcome amongst her full blooded elven family. During this time, too, Stedd and Rowan continued taking jobs as adventurers but mostly short jobs which would allow them to quickly return to Waterdeep afterwards. Mostly, they took caravan jobs, filling important roles which the hired guards didn't have the skills to hold. It wasn't as well paid or glamourous as dungeon delving, but was much safer, steadier and did much to keep food on the table.

When Thia  had finally given birth to  Miri-Enna and the child was no longer an infant she swapped places with  Rowan that had a long term agoal of retiring form adventuring and had been laying the ground work in-between caravan work to start her own school to educate children of  Merchants and the common folk in book learning and art.  Thia and Stedd would always spend time in-between Caravan work with their daughter but as she grew up it was always Rowan that was at home the most and was also her teacher at the school she started. Thanks to her connections with the Artisan guilds of Waterdeep when she was of age to start entering the work force she found herself apprenticed to  one of the  Painters guilds of Waterdeep.

This would lead to  Miri Enna becoming a painter in her own right but also lead her down the path to  becoming an Adventurer and artist.  This is also where she found someone she had deep feelings for and a friendly rivalry with  a fellow painter a half-elf of moon elf and Tetheryian descent named Kerri Amakiir She also would take side work as a model from time to time and it was this  very thing that changed her life again upon reaching the age of  19. The modeling job details were kept discreet till she arrived and this was when she reported to a  local feast  hall run by a motley crew and this would  lead  her  to work many more times as both a model and as a painter  with a Moon elf  women by the name of  Adrie Siannodel and eventually she was taken under wing by Adrie and initiated into the Order of the Curious Calico and lead her into worship of Sharess and her ally deities. Where she would walk a balance between Adventurer and artist to this very day.

I'm sorry to hear that. :'(

I was just getting a lot of submissions and I was already going to have to turn so many people away that I thought it was better to cut things short before I had to disappoint more people if they didn't get picked.
