Also yes, we welcome law enforcement. We used to have quite a few characters involved in law enforcement or legal, but they've kinda drifted away. One of the GMs has a police character!

The Yakuza led by @RainyHigh and our newest group the Santolaria Organization ran by @BennyQ  are looking for new crew members!

The Yakuza are looking to give shape to their underground kingdom by filling several roles at their underground casino, the Dragon's Fortune Den:

✦ Croupiers/Dealers
✦ Bartenders
✦ Security Personnel - we have one at the moment
✦ VIP Host/Hostess
✦ Waitstaff
✦ Cleaning Staff
✦ IT Technician
✦ Cashiers
✦ Sex Workers


While our Santolaria guys are searching for roles for their different businesses in drugs, hits, prostitution and gambling rings, and of course their legal covers, a bar at the Tri-Vario Projects and some real state agents~


We've also added some more context in this thread's first post, so everyone can have a quick look at what's going on at the moment.

You'll find a list of each faction's main business, their specific locations and a time line with the game's main events and boss changes.

If this is still running, I'll probably join sometime in the near future! I'm thinking of creating a male character who will be one of the Kyodai for the Yakuza under Haruki and Manhattan. As for being more specific, probably a money collector. I think that type of character would be useful for the higher-ups to make use of on a regular basis! <3

Updates in Manhattan's Yakuza Leadership

We are looking to fill several roles within the Yakuza family. A couple have already been filled, while others remain open for players to claim. If you’re interested or have questions about these roles, feel free to comment on this thread or send private messages.

Yakuza Leadership Roles
In-Game Character: Haruki -- Oyabun (TAKEN)
The Oyabun is the boss or godfather of the Yakuza family, holding the highest authority within the clan. They are deeply respected and make crucial decisions regarding the organization's activities.

Saiko-komon (OPEN)
An advisor to the Oyabun, the Saiko-komon provides guidance and wisdom to the leadership, often holding a retired yet influential position within the family.

Wakagashira (OPEN)
The Wakagashira is the second-in-command, assisting the Oyabun in managing operations and overseeing subgroups within the family.

Shateigashira (OPEN)
This role oversees lower-ranking members, ensuring the Oyabun’s orders are executed and maintaining discipline within the organization.

Gashira (OPEN TO MULTIPLE CHARACTERS)
Mid-level executives who oversee specific operations, businesses, or territories. Gashira report to higher-ranking members and maintain order in their assigned areas.

Kyodai (OPEN TO MULTIPLE CHARACTERS)
Regular members of the Yakuza family are involved in various criminal activities. They report to higher-ranking members and often serve as enforcers or money collectors.

Kobun (OPEN TO MULTIPLE CHARACTERS)
Junior members or associates who aspire to full membership (Kyodai). Kobun often carry out tasks for higher-ranking members and participate in lower-level activities.

Chonin (OPEN TO MULTIPLE CHARACTERS)
Non-Yakuza civilians who provide essential support services, such as legal advisors, accountants, and other professionals assisting with financial and legal matters.

I think The Bronx is has its crazy guy spot covered with Leon, and Brooklyn with my boy Aidan heheh But you could join the Yakuza in Manhattan, the Irish in Staten Island, or the Bratva in Queens. This is only if you're looking to join a faction with that specific kind of charater, of course. Then if you have other ideas in the future you could join any of them, the biker gang or be a free spirit who works for whoever pays more hehe
