I am thinking that the Worgs, probably with Socothbenoth’s blessing or similar, have managed to pervert Nature’s Bond (or something similar) for their own use.  As a result they can use Pain Strike, Dominate Person, and Hold Person at will on the heroine characters.  This is mainly so they can keep the heroines in line and prevent any betrayal, but I am open to alternate or additional suggestions.

I have perhaps an idea about this to control the heroine.

I am not entirely certain I understand what you are asking.  The relationship between PCs would be up to the PCs if that is what you mean, that said, the point is for everyone to enjoy the game so OOC arrangements will probably need to be made to ensure that everyone has fun.

I have no problem writing for NPCs if the need arises. Usually my only limit for it is not wanting to control NPCs that are just interacting with my character alone for an extended period.

I want my heroine to be a very broken, desperate, and over all pathetic character, a warning to all other females of just how easily the worgs can break them if they allow themselves to be captured. She's originally strong willed and resistant, and even tries to poison the worgs to escape their clutches. However after failing her assassination attempt, and being thoroughly, thoroughly punished for it, she is so traumatized and afraid that she now does anything she can to try and please them. She's so scared of their suspicion and discipline that she over compensates in her devotion, even to the point of ratting out others who do anything to disobey and using her alchemy to help develop new ways to capture, ravish, and punish women. Obviously a hearty amount of smut would accompany all that, with her happily lowering herself to a bitch in heat if it means avoiding their ire.

As for Kingmaker content I don't have much experience with it, and playing a heroine I don't think my character would have much say in things anyways, but I don't have anything against including it.

Personally the biggest appeal for me is for my character to be as roughly and frequently as possible, the worgs needing nothing more to keep her docile and in check than to constantly fuck her silly. She can be made to use her potions and mutagens to fortify her body, allowing her to be used way longer and rougher without passing out, or use her healing potions to grant them greater stamina so she's never given time to rest no matter how many times they fuck her. Basically she just wants to be buried under a dog pile of knotted cocks. Group sex, marking, cock slapping, and cum-play are other things I'd like to see emphasized with her, along with the constant threat of impregnation. A bit more extreme one is I'd like to see her broken to the point of willingly acting like their pet, instead of just a slave. To the point of walking on all fours outside of important assignments, and only being allowed to eat from a bowl (and maybe even only being allowed to eat their cum/cum covered food).

What type of character do you want to play? I have a wizard Worg in mind.  Part of it is a little funny to me picturing a worg reading a book using mage hand to turn pages.

Kingmaker content.  I like the kingmaker system for the country and I'm willing to do the book keeping aspect as needed if we're interested in doing this.

I guess I would like a fair bit so smut in here. Dominating multiple gals and generally making this story about a quest of power. This would mean Kingmaker also would become a sizable part of the game and this could be an extra bit of fun, especially when working around the difficulty of being a wolf-like creature.

Sone thing I was thinking about is splaying shifter so what would be mean having a character with variable sex and that's something I would like to use. Also, a chance to interact with more exotic magical creatures would be fun. Maybe even turn into dose creatures. Possibly even building a harem form my gal if that's possible.

I worked base sheet for my worg (alpha) in here (I got spare time); Bhaelan Moongaze. One thing which we need confirm is that on traditional DnD lore worgs are like wolves and thus their lifespans in wild are around 10 years or so, so how old can our worgs be or how old they can live? So could by demon prince blessing have, say, x10 times longer lifespan and thus match human's lifespan in length? Or would lingering wood elf worshiper essence extend it to similar to elven in magnitude?

Anyways went for cult master archetype for my mesmerist, thought it fits for the campaign and worgs alpha male being insidiously persuasive and be cult personality sort entity (there are clerics and other more divine magic/connected members but he is leader thanks his charisma and physical raw strength he has and how he can manipulate people with his powers).

His normal worg form semblances a albino worg (white wolf) while hybrid form he is white furred werewolf type of char (and has armor and weapon in that form plus magic items). In combat he mostly provides support or 'crowd control' to extend.

-I'd love to play a Worg... though I'm not entirely sure on a class yet, I was considering Summoner to have a humanoid companion able to be whisked in when needed, though a little off due to a Worg's interpretation of a humanoid.
Otherwise a cunning Rogue (unchained version or otherwise) who would have a shorter, more nimble humanoid form  who requires an ascot or scarf to hide their always smiling, sharp-toothed mouth (as though he had a little hyena or gnoll mixed in his bloodline), a Starscream-like Worg who has ambitions about being higher in the chain of command than he is currently. For this version's humanoid form I can't help but be inspired by Euanthe's suggestion of having a female alternate form, more thin and lithe than the other worgs with something of an inferiority complex.
Or if a front line fighter is needed I'd love to try out being a barbarian or fighter, brutal, elderly and scarred from many combats 
Would have suggested Magus for the image of Worg-Sif wailing on dudes with a sword in his teeth but... Might not work out too well, for some reason I can't help but think of that variation as a gourmet, having the humanoid slaves cook for him rather than eating things raw and having an exquisite taste for new culinary delights. Why is this something I think of with sworddog? Keeps the sword in his mouth to avoid tasting raw blood or flesh.

So many options I'd love to try out, so many little ideas for getting to play a more villainous role~ At the end of the day I'll bow to the whims of party composition.

-I'd be open to doing so, though I rarely like playing two characters interacting with each other unless I'm DM-ing a scene. I wouldn't mind playing an NPC opposite a PC, though I'd probably be kind of timid if I do so as I don't want to do something that might have long term consequences to an ally's character.

- I do love me some plot. In terms of plot, well... I'm honestly not that sure at present.
Smut is great when it takes place in line with the plot or serves to forward it or taken as an aside. A delicious garnish that helps bring out the flavour of the story. Which isn't to say I don't like smut. If I didn't I wouldn't be on this site or applying in a game with the promise of beastiality
- Never had the opportunity to experience Kingmaker in any way, so I'm not sure? Thumbs up for trying new things I suppose!

The lifespan would probably be close to humans by default, just to keep things simple for the rules.
