v1.10.0 is available and has a new feature, courtesy of Nowherewoman (who has more great ideas than you can shake an idea stick at):

Bookmark Tags
A new concept. Trim that bookmark list down to size by applying and using tags :) Switch it on in the settings menu.

To edit tags for a bookmark, simply click the topic icon on the left of the name of the topic in the bookmarks list.

Tags automatically appear as menu items under the Bookmarks menu. Click them to see only those bookmarks that have the tag.

There is an "auto-tag" that allows you to see only topics that you did not post in last (useful for me for 1-on-1 games to see who I owe moves to). Thus auto-tag can be switched on/off in the settings because I know that there are lots of folks who are more into group games.

Wordcounts for posts
You can see these in when viewing a topic or when posting a new reply to a topic. Currently there is no way to switch them off without editing variables in the script. I'll add the settings to the UI at some point soon.

v1.11.2 out :) You can now switch wordcounts off if you like and there's also a wordcount beneath the box where you type your posts (beneath where it lists the shortcuts).

One thing I've found that MIGHT be a bug.

-I started a tag 'Solo-Games' for 1x1s

-at some point, I dropped a capital letter in some of the tagging.

-now I have 2 identical 'solo-games' tags in the dropdown, with identical content.

Also, not sure if it's doable, but would it be possible to add a chooselist of already-established tags when you click on the Topic icon, to quickly organize things without having to retype the tag?

Yup - sounds like a bug. I'll see if I can fix it some time soon. Some bits of code are case sensitive and some are not which causes odd behaviour. I can also look at the tag-clicky thing :)

Another maybe issue, or maybe just the way the forms work:

Posts Owed seems to show ANY bookmarked thread that has activity after your last-dated post, regardless if you have looked at the thread to clear the 'new activity' flag.

Clarification:

It's only really an issue if, for example, you have a group game OOC thread bookmarked. Lots of chatter, it shows up in your 'posts owed' tagset, even if you've looked and seen that it doesn't require a response from you.

That's the way it is intended to work, I'm afraid. If you want something to clear when you've viewed stuff then it's Quick Topics / Replies that furnishes it :-S

If that doesn't work for you, let me know and I can revisit the Owed thing to see if I can have a switch to change how it works.

OK - I gave your thought of replies/BM crossover thingamie a thunk and came up with v1.12.0:

**Replies Auto-Tag**
This will only work if you have "Show unread replies count?" switched on as well. What it does is a create a tag that only shows bookmarks with replies.

I've got v1.13.0 out and it has the following freature:

**Add tags when bookmarking**
A new setting (that is on by default). When you click the bookmark button, this now pops up the tagging box so you can tag the bookmark as you create it.
