For Brits & Aussies, what Americans call cookies are called biscuits. From what I know of them, your biscuits are more like our scones.

Also, we have Tim Tams, which are far, far more special than a mere win.

There's a kind of biscuits called Bourbon biscuits. I love them. I don't know if the US does them.
