Guilty... and it was a rude awakening.

Next person is guilty of the crime of using the last of the toilet paper and NOT replacing the roll!

No, not at all times. Sometimes I'd pull a few cards out of my sleeve of course.

Would you feel it is hot when a girl is remaining stubbornly silent though she clearly wants to speak up about something on her mind?

Not guilty.  I think it's hot when people speak their minds.

Have you ever been forced to hold your tongue (figuratively speaking)?

Guilty... a lot of the time.

Have you ever not held your tongue and said something you instantly regret?

Guilty on both of the last ones (and sometimes guilty on my own one - I'd agree with Belle I sort of prefer people speaking their minds though)

Do you enjoy getting back at someone who forced you to remain silent on something you were burning to speak your mind on?

Have you ever told one date that you didn't feel well just to end it early so you could meet up with another later?

Ever pretended you were not going to be in town on a given day, to avoid doing something or meeting somebody, and then been caught out?  ;)

Not guilty. I'm just too good of a schemer for that (ergo-- I've been lucky)

Next person: Have you ever told someone you couldn't do something due to 'such and such' important and very boring reason only to accidentally tell them about the great time you had that day/night later on?

Actually, yes. But just redefine 'injure someone' as 'kicked them in the balls' and the story happened in my third grade...

Have you ever made great friends with someone- and then just lost touch with them?

Yes, a couple of times, but not with any risks of serious damage.

Have you ever spent the night on an uninhabited island (camping or sneaking away with somebody special)?

Have you ever been pranked in a way that dragged on, day after day? One long-running prank.
