Magic is something held in high esteem by wealthy and noble families; carefully cultivated for years until the bloodline is perfected. Marriages are arranged years in advance to ensure that the magical lines can be preserved and encouraged in hopes that children will be born greater than their parents. They are taught from a young age to cherish the gifts they have, to put aside any selfish desires in favour of the family line spanning back countless generations and to do as they are told when the day comes for them to be paired with their future husband or wife.
For years this tradition has prospered and the arcane magics have flourished thanks to the work of the noble families, with generations often crossing countries to ensure the continuation of the line. Children were taught to be obedient, to be proud of their heritage and to give their all to continue the long-standing traditions... Until a certain pair of boys were born.

Both were born to different families, both taught to put their magic blood first and yet both rebelled against the harsh control that were forced upon them. They watched the other families around them hand over their children like currency, and they wanted nothing to do with it. Their parents went against them however, and planned for their two families to exchange their sons, regardless of their apparently selfish desires to live as they chose. There was a meeting point where the two would meet and continue on to their destinations, but both had the same plan in mind.

To run. To leave the rigid nature of their families behind and live however they wanted. Finding out that they both had such feelings, they decide to leave together, and slip away from their chaperones along with the family wealth that was brought with them, intending to start a new life wherever they could and stick together; two young men running from the wealthiest families in the world would have much better luck together, after all...



I'd love to play this idea, stemmed mainly from the picture. Both young men would be rebellious and carefree, both strong-willed and mischievous. It would be a switch relationship; with neither side being submissive. A small battle for dominance in the bedroom and in their life wherever they decide to live. I'd like to include bondage in this, as well as some creative use of their magical talents...

Story-wise, the families could catch up to them, they could be chased from town if their magic is discovered; it's all to discuss.
