Civil War Story (F for M)

Hello there! I have a very specific desire that I don't see pop up very often. I hope this story intrigues you! If it does, please PM me. I will not be checking this thread. :) 

MC: My character was a traditional Southern Belle and two years into the war has become a hardened survivor. She was raised by a loving mother who personified what a well-bred, hardworking woman ought to be and a father who was a teacher at the local school house. Both died during the early days of the war leaving MC on her own like so many women in her small town. This small town is proving to be a real thorn in the side of Union soldiers and is suspected to be a key stop along a munitions train that keeps the Confederates fed & armored. They've been operating covertly for years under MC's guidance until now.

YC: Your character is a Union Captain who has been sent with a small battalion to get a grip on the town, figure out if there is a rebel operation taking place there and squash it. There are also plans to set up a semi-permanent Union settlement there until the war is won. Your men will obviously need food, a place to stay, and company. This is met with strong resistance from the women in the town who all look to MC to fix it. Can she? Not a chance. If anything, her spirited objections either amuse the men or just make things worse. You choose how YC reacts to all this and how he wants to run the show. His personality/actions/reactions are all yours. One key thing though is he will need MCs help in navigating the complicated town dynamics and ultimately completing his mission. :) 

I would like for this to evolve from a non-con to an eventual romance. After all, they're going to be seeing a lot of each other for quite a while. This can even go so far as him bringing her back up North and that becoming it's own saga. So much room for development and evolution!
