I'm in the mood to play something...different.

Okay, so lately I've been spending more time listening to various ASMR vids on Youtube than time here on the site.  Some of them are quite interesting.

But although they pique my interest, they are more explorations of a short scenario than a fulfilling story in themselves.  But they've put me in the mood to play something different.

Now to be honest, I don't have specific story ideas in mind for each of these.  I do have a couple of ideas from my Story Idea Exchange thread that might apply, and I could certainly play one of these or something we create together, maybe using one of the ASMRs as a jumping off point for inspiration.

I should note here that there is no particular setting, timeline, or genre that I'm looking for.  Want a mermaid story set in modern day real life ala H2O? Fine.  A centaur story in a fantasy world setting? I'm good with that too.  A modern day deer hunter finding a faun? Sure, why not?

But no matter what, there are a couple things I want to make clear.  First, I expect these stories to become sexual at some point, and they will probably be explicit when they do.  If the idea of screwing with a centaur or a deer girl or a mermaid or a faun squicks you out, then this probably isn't for you.  Also, there are possibilities for some occurrences in the stories to become pretty dark, perhaps involving non-consensual things, violence,  maybe a little gore, if necessary.  So, again, if that stuff scares you off, then this probably isn't for you.

I don't care if my partner in these stories is playing a male character or a female character.  I love both.  I also don't care about your tag or your real life orientation or gender identity.  I'd like any interested parties to send me a sample of your writing via PM. I can't take on a lot of stories right now, so I want whatever I do take on to be quality over quantity. 

I have been known in the past to write posts that are quite long, but I've tried to get better at moderating them into more reasonable post lengths.  However, I want this to be crystal clear, I do NOT expect my partners to match my post length.  Just give me as much as you need to tell your part of the story, and maybe give me something to respond to. 

Also, I'd like the story to be a cooperative effort.  While I often have an idea where I want the story to go and so might lead the plot in a certain direction for a few posts, I don't want the whole story to become one where I'm serving as a GM and you're just along for the ride.  If I wanted to be doing all the work, I could just write solo stories.

I post about once a week.  Sometimes a week may go by without a post, if real life rears it's ugly head.

Well, enough of that.  Here are the two ideas from the Story Idea Exchange thread that I mentioned above, and then I'll leave you with some pics for inspiration.

Well that should be enough to give you the general idea.

Modified to add that I might not be averse to playing some sort of anthro female.  Maybe someone's beloved pet that has somehow been transformed into nearly human form, or at least humanoid.  Or perhaps a stray that has been transformed from some experiment who now has to find someplace to call home to escape the sinister mad scientists.  Or even something more exotic transformed through bio-engineering; a jaguar girl or leopard girl.  That could be fun too.
