Hello there,

This is my first post in the 'searching for' sections, so bear with me while I try and condense the many, many ideas I have at any given time, I also apologize for not having pretty pictures or intricate designs, I am still learning how to do any formatting at all here. Please either respond or PM me if any of the below stories pique your interest!

As a warning: I do suggest reading my O/O beforehand, so as to avoid any of your personal 'squicks' as I might discuss them in my desired plots.

First and foremost:

• I write in the third person, and I prefer if my writing partner does same, it's simply the easiest to navigate and gives a better feeling of narrative control over a story.
• My reply time may very, but it could be as many as several replies a day, or one every several days. I will always do my best to communicate my availability and if anything dramatic should change, to make sure you aren't ever left wondering.
• Please respect my boundaries, and I'll always respect yours; my on's and off's are linked in my signature, and if you have any questions regarding them or how they may pertain to any given story, please don't be afraid to ask.
• I predominately write female characters, and pair them with women and men, that is simply what I have the most experience with but that doesn't mean I am not open to adapting and growing as a writer.
• Generally, I write multi-paragraph responses, but I do not need my partner to match my length if there is reason for a reply to be succinct - I got into further detail on this in my O/O, read if you are curious.

The Baseline

Well plotted stories with prose and smut woven together are superior - I do not like stories that feel designed to couch sex into, it feels disingenuous and, quite frankly, a bit boring.  Both I, and my characters, tend to be more motivated by a genuine and consistent build up. Though some stories can absolutely necessitate 'jumping into bed together', I would prefer if that wasn't the general expectation.

I like a slow burn -- not to the point of stalling, but having a story develop into something that you feel it has earned is a lot more gratifying as a writer, than to try and force an outcome.

With that being said, smut is an aid to the story, and if the themes of it require overt sexuality, then that is fine, otherwise I do not feel like it should be the sum total of what we write, please.

and finally....

Wanted plots

• An exploration of supernatural creatures in a domestic/modern setting. Sirens, werewolves, vampires, faeries, shapeshifters, halflings - anything you can imagine (within reason) attending a college or university that is specifically designed the aforementioned population. As you can imagine, the already chaotic setting of dorm-life is amplified by the nature of the creatures that in habit it. A vampire (female) or a hybrid female (werewolf x vampire) is feeling a bit of an outcast, having come from a much more 'traditional' homestead, where her kind are generally wanted and traded as brides to a lord (or, as it is modernized, more of a business transaction) and is instead forced to adapt to being an average student. The wanted counterpart could be any other semi-humanoid or even a fully human character, who becomes a touchstone of comfort and stability but may or may not harbor some desire for the things she's fled from. (This is a WIP idea, definitely more than willing to fill it out further and change aspects to fit what interests you!)
• There is no greater punishment than having to help the things you hate. A demon/sucubus has betrayed the will of her lord, the devil, and is sent to the land of the living to work as an ER nurse. Not only does she have to spend a significant chunk of her day around humans, but she has to help them - to prove herself worthy of the Devil's notice, she must be willing and able to surrender herself to the torture of altruism and kindness. She is hotheaded, unstable, and fighting her own nature just for the chance to be seen by him, her lord. The wanted counterpart could be a demon hunter, a simple man (or woman) who gives her a soft-spot for humanity, or the devil himself in disguise to try and test the limits of her 'kindness'. Another WIP idea, that would develop alongside an interested party.
• Teacher/Student in a college setting; either one that is inclusive of A/B/O dynamics or an offshoot of the previously mentioned supernatural creature story. The wanted counterpart would play the role of the dominant teacher, ready to risk reputation and career for the submissive student they've unknowingly imprinted on.
• A fake dating/oops we fell in love cheesy and cliche story - -with a dark side. They've been friends for years and years, seemingly every interest is shared, all major life benchmarks passed side by side, but her best friend has a secret. He has been orchestrating all of it from the privacy of his obsession, for years. Even this, her boyfriend has left her, sad and heartbroken she wants to make him jealous by letting him think he's moved on - to the best friend, who has wanted nothing else since they've met. And he will do anything in his power to not let her get away. The wanted counterpart would play the role of the obsessed best friend.
• A fantasy-regency setting (think Game of Thrones-esque), where a princess is betrothed to a man from a far away place in the hopes to unite their respective kingdoms under her father's rule - but her father's brother, second in line for the throne, has had his eyes on her since she blossomed into a young woman. Stolen glances in the halls, tension growing over every shared feast, there is no denying that something exists between the two of them but their family has tried to grow away from the previously normalized in-breeding to keep their bloodlines pure, their magic strong (for those of them that have it), and as the young princess comes into her own, her power grows. That power, desires for the throne that her father has set aside for her brother, or for his own. Together they can try and take what is theirs, but do they have the wherewithal to follow through? The wanted counterpart would be for the uncle (or, an aunt, if you'd prefer to write another woman).
• A more direct fantasy; a young noble woman is offered as a virgin sacrifice to the dragon her town worships (if you have seen or know of On Drakon, this should ring familiar). Little do they know, he is a ancient and powerful beast of magic, who resents the sacrifices and instead wants to keep one alive, to have as a pet, or start a harem. He can take the form of a man, who has hidden away in a mountain-turned-fortress of his own, and keeps their offering alive, by stealing her away before they can light the pyre. The wanted counterpart would take on the role of the god-beast.

These are all of the ideas I have on hand, and with ANY of them, I am more than willing to change certain details and try and work with you to make it something that better suits us both. Additionally, the gender of the counterpart isn't required to be male, i just generally used male pronouns as that is what they are in my mental construct of each respective plot. I am more than willing to write women with women or nonbinary folk, please just make sure to let me know ahead of time so I can be mindful of pronouns and potential biological implications (pregnancy, etc).

I hope that someone finds something here, but I am new and doing my best to generate some interest in writing with me.

Canon Characters

I figured it might be worth adding some canon characters, stories and universes I enjoy writing in, for those of you who are comfortable using existing content (if not, that's totally fine, I understand that a lot of people prefer wholly original stories and I love doing that as well!) Within these, we can follow pre-existing plots, or we can deviate from them completely - I never want anyone to feel obligated, in terms of personal interpretation, to write a character how I imagine them to be, we all have our own views and ideas.

Any characters I write are 18 or over.

Thought I'd update with some more 'slice of life' or non-fantasy involved stories to see if those pique anyone's interest more so than what I have listed above (but I'm still always looking for more!) 

Just some rapid-fire ideas: 

• Neighbors. My character is a little younger, (still 18 though) she's moved in with her grandparents at the start of summer before her freshman year of college, she spends the days in the pool, tanning, or going on jogs through the neighborhood. My wanted counterpart would play the older neighbor (doesn't need to be a significant age gap, just older than the MC), who does odds and ends around her grandparents house, and manages his own company (whatever that may be), and starts to develop feelings and/or urges about the MC. maybe it starts as harmless fantasies, or voyeurism or what have you, but something with this as a baseline that builds into more. 
• Boxer falling in love with their rival's daughter. Pretty cut and dry; but I am always willing to expand on the idea more if I find an interested party.
• One-night stand that results in a pregnancy, antics ensue. (The pair can be completely incompatible, they could just relish the physical nature of their relationship or it could be more emotionally tense!) 

Those are just a few, I'll edit/update as I think of or desire more. Remember that gender isn't a firmly-locked point of reference. I'm fine with writing a female MC against anyone regardless of gender! I just use male pronouns a lot because it is what I am familiar with for these story concepts.

A mix of fantasy, modern and in-between plots I'd be interested in exploring in addition to some of the others listed above:

• A coven of witches, deep in the wood, have been routinely invaded by Witch Hunters despite the fact that the coven itself has caused no harm to anyone and mostly keeps to themselves. They're witches in a very traditional, pagan-esque sense, but with an Abrahamic twist. Daughters of Lilith in service to her fallen majesty, they commune with nature, the water that flows the air the blows the fire that burns and the earth beneath their feet. For the most part, they are dedicated to preserving that sacred connection between themselves and the land they inhabit / the creatures within it. With the growing threat of the Witch Hunters and whatever force that motivates them (be it a religiously based crusade, or some neighboring King's fear of their power) the sisters are forced to call upon darker forces to protect themselves. Each witch summons a demon and either dies as a result of it - not all of them are keen on being woken - or manages to bind one to herself. It is not a symbiotic relationship straight off the bat, and there can be varying degrees of aggression, violence, or an attempt to assert dominance before ultimately (ideally) being cowed into place by their handler. My ideal partner would want to play the demon to my witch. 
• Persephone & Hades. A tale as old as time. We could either take a modern twist and allow them to exist in somewhat mortal-appearing forms, or be stark traditionalists and write the coming of Spring and Winter and the throws of violent expulsion from the underworld. I'm fine with whatever, I just love Greek mythology (all mythology, actually). The lord of the underworld stealing away the rite of Spring and the resulting, tumultuous relationship is just such a fun and engaging concept to explore. 
• Eldest son's baby-mama. His son was careless his freshman year of college and got his long-time girlfriend pregnant. In an effort to save money and have some stability, his parent of choice (father or mother) has allowed the two to move home so that the son can continue his education without having to worry about finding someplace to live, and getting another job to provide. Of course, my character, the soon-to-be daughter in law, would stick around the house while the father/mother works from home. Lots of time lounging around the pool, late night snacks in nothing but an oversized t-shirt. Showers with the door cracked open just enough -- it's all building to something between them and their son's girlfriend, seeing her start to glow and that primitive urge to stake a claim of their own. Something fairly taboo but it makes the forbidden fruit that much sweeter. My wanted partner would write the parent of the son, father or mother, who lusts after his pregnant girlfriend. This one is shamelessly smutty and not as plot heavy/centric as most of my other stories. 
• The brides of Dracula. If you saw Val Helsing during your formative years, this one is for you. (I suffered unending psychic damage from how attractive everyone in that movie was). I don't have a specific world for this one in terms of how we should frame it exactly. But I have a love of vampires and the idea that my ideal partner would play the Lord of them all and want to claim my character as one of his brides. It could either be because he's lost all of his long time partners due to hunters or the changing times - he wants to cling to something old but familiar by way of violent tradition - or he wants to grow his harem in an attempt to bolster their population. We can discuss whether or not they breed in any traditional way or just through turning humans into vampires en mass. Who doesn't love an all powerful, incredibly attractive immortal monster story? 

And yeah, those are just a few more I'd be interested in. For the most part, again, I prefer plot over smut - aside from where I specifically call for something else. Not to say I'm against writing porn or anything, I'm not, and I definitely think it can add depth when and where it serves a story but even with overt sexual themes it is something we have to build for and towards to ensure our characters have a natural chemistry.

Also: I am ALWAYS willing to take a story idea and adapt it into something that we both would want, I am not hard-set into any of the ideas outside of the generic themes.
