Salutations seekers of the written word and welcome to Eva's Emporium of Romantic Adventures.

Who Am I?
Spoiler: Click to Show/Hide

I am your delightful hostess. You may call me Eva. I have an extensive writing background and my favorite genre that I aim to focus on here is Adventure Romance.

As you may find, the Beauty and the Beast theme is my absolute go-to favorite for plots. While I will only play as a female in a romance with male CHARACTERS, I will not turn away an inspired and creative female or them/they writer who wants to write as a male. The most favored males to play against are noble hearted, but perhaps slightly twisted, slightly possessive, barbarians, warriors, fantasy creatures as werewolves and vampires, etc, but I am open to hearing almost any character you personally have created.

I offer an immersive variation of flexible characters that I write as, based upon whatever ideas myself and my partner come up with. I am open to being approached with almost any idea, and I'm actually a nice person.

I tend to write according to how inspired the writing partner or the idea and character are. Generally 2-3 paragraphs per post unless it is a simple back and forth conversation, I don't expect a huge amount of fluff when it is simple one-on-one interaction. I am on EST in time, and I will check in every day to respond, unless the partner wishes to schedule a time to roleplay. My writing style is in third person. I love emotional and environmental details, feel free to add pictures if need be. Short and long term are accepted, though long term preferred. Violence and gore are alright for the most part.

Da Rules~

If you come to me with an idea and you decide you would prefer not to write with me, please just tell me so. I would prefer that over being silently blocked or ghosted. If I am not interested for any reason, I will tell you. My number one rule is that real life must always come first, so never hesitate to tell me if you are overwhelmed in life and need a break.

The two things I will not write: Firstly:  Needless Detailed Erotica. Please, out of respect for me, my irl partner, please do not press or ask me to write out detailed erotica. I am alright for light romance-novel love making between characters when it happens to be a crucial turning point of the plot or is important to the growth and bond of the characters. But I am not going to write for kinks or personal pleasures. A good balance to me is 70% story, 30% erotica.

Secondly I will not write any fandom things. The ONE exception being Lord of the Rings because it is such an expansive universe and I have the biggest crush on Eomer. Any experienced writer fond of Lord of the Rings who wishes to write a romantic adventure surrounding Eomer, you will have priority.

Roleplay Ideas
Spoiler: Click to Show/Hide
I am a sucker for romance, and anything fantasy or historical world based. I heavily enjoy The Roman Era, the Viking Age, The Hittite Empire, The Renaissance age (anywhere from the 1400s to the 1600s), The Rococo Era, The golden age of Piracy, the Wild West, the Victorian Era, and the Roaring 20's, etc. While I heavily enjoy historical accuracy, please do not let this deter or intimidate you. EX: If you want to roleplay a pirate, but all your knowledge is from Pirates of the Caribbean, I am perfectly fine with that, be your piratey self!

All in all, if you are a rather literate writer, you want to have fun plotting an adventurous romance, I've got the gal for you!

Now for the fun stuff! Here are some examples of Roleplay Ideas. Note, these do not have to be perfectly adhered to, they are just inspiration and can be played around with. I also have scores of picture references!

his people, after trying to kill him, leave the area, leading him down a mercenary path simply to make ends meet of what is left of his estates and village. Within a few years he saves the life of a man who promises to repay him by invoking Law of Surprise. The man returns home to find his wife, while he was away in the war, gave birth to a daughter. Years later, upon her 20th birthday, she is to be married in haste to another clan son in an arranged marriage - but whom should show his face to claim what is rightfully his by law of magic and man, than the Monster of the Highlands. Had she been allowed to fall in love, he would taken no claim, but as it stands, he has more right to her than to any. Intrigued by this man, she agrees to go with him. Not expecting the tender and patient demeanor he treats her with, the lady soon finds... there is more to this monster, and his motivations, than meets the eye.

Lord of the Rings: A fan of Lord of the Rings? Lets put together a romance with Eomer!

Skyrim - Mara's Blessing: Like the videogame Skyrim at all? Would love a story between an male Orc barbarian and a female adventuring scholar among the ruins, thwarting dangers and secrets at every turn. Or really... any ideas to do with Skyrim! Open to suggests!

Gotham Noir: A Hades and Persephone story set in the roaring 1920s. Unwittingly, a young woman catches the eye of one of the city's top five Crime Lords, and as he advances upon her, she strikes him and flees. Such a spit-fire intrigues the man who is not often seeing his own blood or having women refusing him. It makes no difference to him that her father is the city's governor or her mother is in high power. He wants her, and will do whatever it takes to have her as his Girl, even going so far as kidnapping, bribery, extortion. All the while she is swept up in a world so different than her own, but finds herself in grave dangers when she finds out more about the man than she bargained for.

Under the Moonlight: A werewolf and hunter story. A young woman, descended of a house of monster hunters, is betrayed by her kin when she is named the next heir of the Silver Sword. She is led into an ambush of beasts by her kin who leave her for dead. She is rescued from the brink of death by a lone woodsman in the forest. Her injuries are severe, trapping her within his care until such time she has healed and her strength has returned. The mark of the hunter upon her makes him wary. Should he leave this woman to her fate, or should he help her? He knows if he helped her, she would kill him. The blood of wolf runs in his veins... and it wants her as his mate.

Sands of Time: Inspired by two films The Mummy (90s version) and The Sheik. Not entirely area accurate, so please bear with me. Set in 1920s, young woman Evelyn Jones is an archeologist and anthropologist student with her professor and several other students on a dig-sites in the desert funded by a private man of wealth and nobility looking for a lost tomb. Enter a rather dashing, roguish nomadic Sheik
Spoiler: Click to Show/Hide
who urges the archeologists to leave their dig sites before the curse of the tombs falls upon them. Evelyn is one of few who refuses to leave after a series of natural disasters, and attacks around the dig site drive off most of the workers and students. Not one to believe in ghost stories and hokum, the young woman continues to pursue her work with her professor as they are the only ones left at the dig site. The discovery of certain items and treasures sparks a war for territory as the Sheik forces his hand and kidnaps the two for their own protection, not allowing them to leave. A journey through the sands to break an ancient curse and stop an ancient evil are now underway as a romance under the desert skies begins to blossom.
