I've tried "Un-Notify" but still get "Notifications"

Hello, my fellow E members.

So I have made sure to press "un-notify" on a few old topic threads.

Yet I still get notifications on the "Show new replies to your posts" page.

I feel like perhaps there are some backup notifications I may be missing.

If anyone could help me out with this minor issue, I'm open ears

If you go to your profile and select 'Modify Profile', there is a selection on the drop-down for 'Notifications'.  Check there and see if there are any items you wish to change.

I don't think there's a way to get rid of them in that specific list. I had the same problem a while ago. The notifications only stopped if the thread died, was locked, etc.

Notifications are for emails regarding replies to a thread, not for the list on E that shows new replies to any thread you've participated in.

Thanks I think my problem is similar to what Flower said.

I used the word "notifications" but I guess I should have said "alerts" instead?

I have all the notification stuff turned off when I checked my profile. I don't even check my email I used for Elliquiy so that isn't my concern-- regarding email notifications I mean.

So I guess this is just a thing that will stick around as I was meaning the alerts for the button named "show new replies to your posts" at the top right hand side of the forum.
