Since this is my first bigger post and i am kind of new to forum roleplay (not roleplay in general), please don't kill me because of a bad layout. I will try my very best, but i really admire the effort some people put into this.

Also i might have to say, that I am not a native speaker. I know that the rough kinky German accent won't help me in a forum, and it is only words that count, but I most probably will make mistakes and sometimes a sentence might sound weird. Sorry for that in advance. I'm always glad, when somebody is willing to correct me.

I try to write detailed stories with an interesting plot. But more than the plot, it's the characters that excite me. Not the name or the colour of their hair, but rather their background, their feelings and their reasons why they react in a particular way.

I will try to write regularly, but - as many others - I cannot promise to answer straight away all the time.

These things said, here are some of my plot ideas. I am bit scared of one or two of them myself, but somehow I feel it's time for something new (new environment, new ideas).

hope
Stolen from my introduction thread..

She had only one thing she could ever thank her parents for: giving her the name Hope. Apart from that she learned hard lessons from the beginning. Her first thing she deeply experienced was being neglected. She couldn't even remember her father hitting her mother, her mother yelling at her father, her parents happily drinking together or who actually died first after years of massively drinking. The only consinstant memory was lying in her bed at night and crying in her pillow unable to speak.

At the age of 8 she was put in an orphanage. What she learnt here was functioning in a heartless system. Waking up, eating breakfast, studying, eating dinner, going to bed. She stayed there for four years with nothing to remember but day to day life, but she received a present when she left the orphanage that she would always wear: a necklace containing the four letters H O P E.

When she was 12, she was adopted by a rich Australian family with a habit of showing how much better they were than their adopted child. What she learnt here was being thankful, being polite and eating soap.

She left her second family at the age of 17 for the first boy that told her he loved her. Here she learnt what it means to be dropped. After two years she was thrown out of his apartment with no place to go.

That was when she decided to walk. She threw away everything she possessed, including her passport and walked towards the outback. At night, she reached the last house, at dawn she reached the last tree and sometime later she stood in the middle of the desert, held her necklace and closed her eyes. Thirsty and weak she fainted.

When she recovered she lay in a bed in an old wooden farm. She had a glass of water beside her, which she emptied immediately. Looking around, she just saw a man sitting in a rocking chair, maybe twice her age, but aged through the sun even more. He was calm, didn't say a word, waited for her to finish drinking, looked into her eyes and sighed, because he had no idea what to say. He stood up and slowly left the room..

the vision
This is supposed to be an adventure story in the tradition of a greek mythology: finding destiny by running away from it.

A small indian tribe a few hundred years ago, hidden somewhere in the Mexican rain forest. About a thousand people live, eat, work and sleep here together. Apart from day to day struggle and helping their community, worshiping the spirits of the Forest takes most of their times. The inhabitants are deeply spiritual, visionary and know of many gods, gods that lead their way - or try to destroy them.

One of the most powerful of these gods is the goddess of the future. And each human only gets to speak to her once through the Shaman of the tribe. The men, when they are ready to become a warrior, and the women, when they promise themselves to a man.

So one day it was time for a young lady, Maja, to receive her vision. She was about to promise herself to one of the strongest warriors of the tribe, was confident about her future, and planning to give birth to at least 5 of his children.

After the shaman had given her a herbal mix, she drank the herb cocktail, closed her eyes and saw a horrible vision she would have never expected:

Tied naked in ropes, in a big cave with fire coming out of the corners and the bottom of the cave, she  kneeled on a cliff, not far from the edge. Her fionce stood at the edge of a cliff, threatened to death with a monstrous god like creature standing in front of him. The creature looked at Maja the way somebody looks at his loved one, Maja slowly nodded and the creature pushed her fionce over the edge of the cliff..

Maja woke up, dropped the bowl with the herb cocktail, stood up and ran, because she knew she had to get as far away from her fionce as possible to save his life, not knowing that he would follow her no matter where..

Therapist
A story mainly to build up tension, either with a naive psychiatrist new to the job finding out her own sexuality while interviewing a convicted rapist - or a professional therapist triggering him to see if he is still a threat for society.. either way, in this setting it will be a lot of dialogue combined with some backflashs..

For the first time since the judge read out his sentencing, Troy was nervous.

Eight years in Prison might kill others, but Troy had an easy life: As a former professional American Football player, he was respected by the other convicts right away, even though he didn't mingle much with them. In fact, he isolated himself most of the time. He started every day with a two hours workout before breakfast, then silently walked through the prison yard until lunch and started another workout afterwards before his duty in the  nursery began. After dinner he punched against the wall with his bare hands each day. The pain in his knuckles let him forget, where he was.

But not once did he have an Issue with any other convict. He went to every single therapy session, behaved, was polite, did his job. he obeyed to the wardens and was friendly to the officials - for eight years.

Now two third of his sentencing was over and there was only one last step left to get out on probation early - convince the state psychiatrist that he would never rape again.

He was brought to the office by two wardens in hand cuffs, stood before the door and looked at the golden sign with capital letters - MS. THOMPSON - looked at the wardens to his left and right, then looked at the slightly destroyed back of his hands, sighed and knocked at the door, knowing he had not been alone in a room with a woman for more than eight years.

Gentle bump. I'd be happy to try out one of these stories or something completely different if you think our ideas and style might match.
