Hello everyone! This is an idea that's been floating around in my head, but that I've never gotten to really try. I thought it might be a good tip-toe back to being more active on E, putting up a request for something I already have some idea about. That being said, there's still room for flexibility and mutual plotting in this one, so take a look if the title caught your interest:

Quick Summary: A young man finds himself down on hard times - possibly emotionally, definitely financially - and needs some stability. Possibly some structure. Certainly a place to stay. A long time friend picks up on his distress, and the two come to an arrangement allowing him to move into their home... only, not quite as a roommate, but as a pet. What starts off as a tentative, on demand thing grows more and more serious as the kink gets more intense, the changes and rules become more significant, and the lifestyle becomes more full-time. What starts as not being allowed on the common area furniture might eventually expand to sleeping in a crate in his owner's room, or wherever it's placed. He might find himself kneeling to greet his roommate, but bouncing happily to the door, cock dangling, hard, between his legs, to welcome his owner home. Hell, he could even accept a collar only to wind up on the slippery slope of answering to whateer nametag is put on that collar. The point is that slowly, directionless-and-despondent friend becomes devoted-and-drippy puppy, as both revel in the depth and totality of their petplay.

What I'm offering: I hope to provide indulgent kink with a focus on nuanced characterization and a deep dive into the mental, not just behavioral, side of power dynamics and specific roleplay. I'll try to give quality writing in narrative and engaged collaboration ooc-ly over PM or Discord as we build a story that's appealing for everyone involved.

What I'm looking for: A writer to play my character's friend and eventual owner. My mental image of the dynamic has the friend as a woman/feminine coded character, just because there's an appealing contrast between that aesthetic and a large, possibly imposing dog... or, as the case may be, "dog". Writer gender is irrelevant, as long as you can write engagingly and share my interest in the mental layers of kink.

Core Kinks: Petplay, total power exchange, tease/denial, humiliation and degradation (affectionate and adoring or earnest and mean). Others possible (see below).

"You said something about flexibility?": I did! There's a lot of options to potentially explore here. Take the dynamic: Is he established as kinky (just never having been brave enough to try lifestyling before) and what starts as mostly a joke he throws out about being her pet if he can stay turns into something serious? Does that make it a sweet and even romantic exploration of mutually enthusiastic depths, with him encouraging things along just as much as being encouraged? Or does his friend blackmail and extort him, starting small but forcing more and more changes until he's allowed to be nothing more than a fun pet, for no other reason than "I had the opportunity to do it"? Do you want him to be a human, exploring petplay more traditionally in a familiar setting, or should he be an anthro, ashamed of the taboo fixation he has of being treated like a "real" dog but unable to change how deep into subspace it puts him? Do you or I write to write in a third (give or take) character, and who would they be - a "real" boyfriend who can help push the narrative along (and open up new kinks) after the puppy is in too deep to have much narrative agency? Another pet that's invited over for playdates? Drama or conflict from some mysterious outside source? Or the specifics of tease and (potential) denial, a kink I enjoy with male subs but which can, itself, be flexible: is he wearing a chastity "sheath" to control his behavior, or do you prefer your puppies to have a hard, excitable cock they can't do anything about except hump and whine for attention?
