The year is 2431. A small space colony has fallen into isolationism, and is now forced to accept that they need the help of outsiders to catch up, in two ways. One, they need outsiders to help them join the modern world in social and economic development. Two, a virus has sterilized and killed most of the male population, but their unique beliefs do not allow for women to take charge. 

You spent years off world, meaning you avoided the virus, but you have returned to help the colony. By law, you need to have at least two “does”, one confirmed fertile, in your household. You’re given charge of a youthful mother and her just legal for breeding daughter. And, by law, they must obey your every command. The mother is a party loyalist, still beautiful and all too eager to give you all you desire as a dutiful Party doe. The daughter is rebellious, restless and reluctant to give herself up to a man who could be her father.

Possible twist is that you now have a stepson to train in the ways of a party man, being an operative there to destabilize the Party and take great delight in converting mother and supporting while grooming the daughter, or the opposite.
