Us against the world.. (A musical bimbo/transformation story)

Hello! Look at my previous posts to make sure we’re compatible. I might’ve already written with many of you. I like to try new things and grow, grow, grow!

I was thinking about having an idea sort of like A Star is Born, where an older grizzled successful vet, who might be eccentric and probably has a few problems, meets an up and coming down on her luck girl next door type who happens to have an amazing voice.

Maybe my character is using social media and you don’t even know what it is, or perhaps your character is a teen like mine who’s also looking to use social media to their advantage. The most important ingredient would be willing to collaborate and create an interesting story between the characters where there is growth and potentially tragedy between them too.

I'm looking for someone to write a young coming of age game where the main character is a teenager who's looking for stardom, looking for her Jack White from the White Stripes to form a duo or small group and 'becoming successful.

It could be a new reality show, some sort of TikTok challenge, or even friends that were on YouTube and decided to push the boundaries and do something on OnlyFans instead since no publicity is bad publicity.

Sophia knew since she was a little girl that she wanted to be the lead singer and guitarist for a rock band. Ever since she was 5 years old she had good rhythm, but she had trouble finding partners who had as much passion as her. She practiced forever, every spare second and gigged with everyone.

She started recording what she was making on lo-fi equipment and her passion and talent showed through. She would first record the drums on a simple drum set, then play that and perform guitar/sing over the drum set.

Her low-fi approach and her fingers in all aspects of the creation of the songs had a unique sound that many found attractive.

People said she had the vocals of a Pop Princess, but she was more interested in getting the music out that was torturing her soul and that she had to get out of her.

She had been releasing her tracks on youtube and soundcloud, with no more than a few hundred likes/listens and could never break through to the success that she was looking for, until she performs at an open mic night, playing a small drum kit with a microphone, and the show was epic in showing off her raw talent and passion.

This is where the characters would meet and the story would flourish from there.

I'm picturing they help each other, she gets the exposure and technical knowhow and friendship/love that shes looking for, while she tries to help your character get off drugs/alcohol and make new music together, pushing the boundaries of what you've done before and getting out of your comfort zone.

I'm picturing more of a slow burn as they get to know each other, but maybe your character even encouraging her to go mainstream too, maybe your character, the manager, not only encourages her to transform but also wants her to take vocal lessons and take up being a lead singer, or some other angle for her to advance, perhaps even capitalizing on her looks. There's a lot of angles the story can take and stories that we can explore as she might be willing to explore a transformation of herself, to something that you think would help her sell more music, focusing on her sex/sexuality, or even undergoing the knife to give her implants and contour her figure to make her more extreme. These changes or focus on her sexuality might overshadow her music/vocal/guitar/drumming skills.
