A Fandom Craving! (MxF, possibly FxF)

Hey! Long time, no see, but here I am today, back after a good while to try, once more, and perhaps find a partner for a fandom craving I am currently having! Since I have other threads on here, I will direct you to those if you wish to learn more about me. You may peruse my last bits of writing from before I went AWOL, and I will leave here my main request thread, which goes in detail about what I look for in a partner and all that jazz!

So, what I'm looking for, exactly? Well, a Cyberpunk 2077 story! Or... 2078. Or 9... Fuck it, a Cyberpunk story! Mind you, I have not finished the game, working on it, but so far I find myself rather enjoying it in spite of its massive shortcomings. I don't wish to play a story that is in any way related to the game's plot, or plot outcomes, or any of that. Mainly I will borrow the game's world and lore up to the point of the game, and that's pretty much about it! Our story is our own!

Right, so let's get down to the plot, then, right?

Indebted To A Guardian Angel

MC (Male or female) is just another merc, working all sorts of odd jobs to make meets end. Plenty of opportunity in Night City, after all! But one day, they find themselves in need to stumble through the doors of a ripperdoc's shop, shredded and damn near flatlined. The ripperdoc (YC, female) takes 'em in and does her best to try and save their life. She manages, and a few days down the line her patient begins to stablize and come back to consciousness. Only for gangoons to end up breaking down her door and demanding the merc is handed over to them at once, lest the poor ripperdoc loses her life. Whether it's Tyger Claws, Voodoo Boys, Scavs or otherwise it's entirely up to us. It's then when her patient, conscious enough to hear the whole thing, decides to fight for their salvation, in the process ending up dragging YC along as they eventually flee to save their lives. And so they both end up in a shitty, dirty back-alley motel room, MC quite literally still incomplete while YC is now out of a home, a shop or tools to fix MC, and, on top of that, in danger of losing her life because of her patient. How will they figure it out?
