Alright, Shall I just keep the abilities where they are now or shift them up a bit? With the Feminine Levan ability i can change it to detecting hints of what someone is desiring specifically, but not their ultimate desires, that could be something to level up to?

Name: Desiree “Coyote” Kyota

Appearance: Pale-skinned with green eyes and waist-length, shaggy, silver hair.  Height is about average for a woman, with large breasts and slender build.  Typically wears a silver, double-breasted, nehru jacket with a “C”-shaped pin on the collar, as well as a blue skirt and sky blue stockings.  When transformed, she wears what amounts to a bodice with long, lacy frills along the shoulders and hips, but completely exposes her breasts and buttocks.  She also gets white, lacy gloves and black ankle boots.
Personality: An effervescent girl who is always up for a good time.  She may seem like the “No thoughts, head empty,” sort sometimes, but she is actually devastatingly intelligent. Although she’s always fantasized about being an exhibitionist, she’s still a little embarrassed by her powers.
History: Coyote is the daughter of an American woman and a Japanese businessman, born and raised in Tokyo.  In middle and high school, her appearance got her a lot of unwanted attention from boys and men alike, so she used her appeal to lure them into traps and prank them.  This earned her the nickname “Coyote.”
On her deathbed, her mother explained they were descendants of the nymphs of Greek legend, and that Coyote had inherited their powers.  If she was ever in danger, she just had to shout, “Titty Flash!” to activate them.  Of course, Coyote just thought she was delirious from the pain medication and wrote it off as random nonsense.
Then, one day, she and her friends were cornered by a gang of surly, lecherous orcs.  Backed into a corner and thinking she had nothing left to lose, she said the magic words and was immediately proven wrong.  Finding herself effectively naked, she freaked out and started shooting lasers from her nipples.  Taking advantage of the chaos that ensued, she grabbed her friends by the wrists and ran.  She soon realized her touch had caused their blouses and jackets to rip to shreds.  Needless to say, there were mixed feelings all around, and it was a while before they saw each other again.
Powers:

• Nymph Form: By shouting “Titty Flash!”, Coyote can magical-girl transform into a nymph.  It is only in this form that she can use her other powers.
• Titty Beam: The lasers Coyote fires from her nipples don’t even hurt.  Just the opposite, in fact.  They are extremely pleasurable to be hit by, and feel even better the more skin they cover.  In fact, if a beam completely encompasses the head, genitals, and/or other erogenous zones, they can cause a mind-blowing orgasm that knocks the victim out.  However, the effect is diminished by the thickness of the clothes covering the target area, such that armored foes will barely feel a tickle.
• Stripping Touch: Coyote can cause any garment she touches to immediately rip to shreds.  Thicker materials resist this effect, only tearing or wearing down at the point of contact.

Personality: She's pretty cute and cheerful, and doesn't seem to really worry too much about anything. With her new powers, she's more or less just taken by the fun of it all!
History: Choko got her powers late. Sure, plenty of people stayed normal, but Choko always wished she had gotten powers...a few months later, she got her wish. A soda accidentally tainted with something triggered a strange reaction in Choko, endowing her with her new powers!

Ever since then she's been indulging in her strange, rubber based powers, going so far as to refer to herself as the one and only Rubber Fairy. She even ended up dropping out of school, using her new found powers to get by, much to the chagrin of her family. But hey, if it works, right?
Powers: Size Change: Can shrink down to the size of a fairy, which also allows her to fly at what would be a human running pace.
Rubber Manipulation: She can alter rubber objects to her liking, as long as the end result is also rubber. She can make it smaller, reshape it, or change the look, but she cannot create or add more material unless she's doing something like merging two objects together.
