High in Smut Mutants and Masterminds 3E (NC/EX)

This is a Mutant and Masterminds 3E game.  It will be high in non-consensual (and potentially extreme) smut.  I am only looking for two (maybe three as an absolute maximum) female characters.  I don’t care what the player is, and I won’t be going first come first served.

The Premise
The idea, honestly inspired somewhat by the Clone Wars television series, is to have a pair of heroines who, while quite successful and powerful, also regularly get themselves into various uncomfortable predicaments.  Obviously this is hardly an original idea for this website.

However I want the characters to be, and feel, powerful despite their failures.  There may be genuine defeats, but my hope is to have many of the defeats be situations where they walk into a trap that they know exists for various purposes (getting information, getting at the villain, etc).  There might be a slow corruption angle, or at least a slow descent into liking it, or it may just be that they have trouble breaking free at times.

The Plot
I don’t have a specific plot in mind, and this will be heavily dependent on the characters.  There are a few villains from the various books I'd like to bring in, and I'd like to maybe bring in a plot related to the Supernatural Handbook, but I won't be developing the specific plot until I've decided on a group of characters.

I would like to alternate between different levels of villains and plots.  So one plot may be drug dealers selling a new drug, another may be a cult trying to bring about the end of the world.

The Setting
I tend to just do the modern world ten minutes in the future, but with super-heroes.  That said I will certainly borrow from the Mutants and Masterminds default setting, I am just far from an expert on it.  It won’t be Marvel, DC, or any other setting like that however.

The specific setting will be Freedom City, though knowledge of it isn't required, and I might reduce the number of heroes running around from canon.

Map

The Smut
The game will include Nonconsensual-Exotic content involving the characters and may, depending on interest, push into Extreme content territory.  How the characters deal with said content is of course up to you.  They can enjoy it (and even seek it out), they can despise it (but endure due to needing to complete the mission/defeat the villain), or anywhere in between.  I would prefer that they aren’t horribly traumatized by it, though would like some lasting repercussions at times.  I would prefer, going into the game, that the characters aren’t experienced with non-consensual sex. 

A non-exhaustive list of what I would like to include is:

The List

Non-Consensual. The focus, not to say consensual sex isn’t on the table, but anything ‘romantic’ will have to be between players.  If non-con is an off, this isn't the game for you.

Monsters.  Humanoid, non-humanoid, robots, or most anything else available.  This could include size differences, tentacles, weird anatomy, and so on.
Magic/Powers.  A super villain using some of their powers for smutty purposes. 
Mind Control.  This is closely linked to the above, but I figured I should list it explicitly.  I generally want to avoid making a character a mindless puppet, but it could certainly come up, and I would expect the player to properly deal with that.
Magical/Technological Items.  Both normal and cursed.
Pregnancy.  The risk there-of at least, and sub-plots about it if it happens.  Birth and child-rearing not included.
Multiple Partners.  More is better?
Enslavement.  I don’t want this to be the entire focus of the game but, in the event of a major defeat, it is something I might like to explore.
Body Modification.  This feeds into the magic/powers idea, and will largely depend on what become available.  The simplest might be a tattoo or a piercing, a more complicated one may involve literally being transferred into someone else’s body.
Drugs/Poisons.  A method to incapacitate the characters without killing them.  Or to screw with them in other ways.
Purposeful Sex.  There is probably a better term for this, but I just mean the characters using sex as a way to achieve an objective.  A distraction, a honey-pot, etc.
Bondage.  From light to heavy, from pillories to ropes.
Pain.  In a light fashion, interrogation, switches maybe, that sort of stuff.  Generally nothing too severe, certainly nothing that would get into mutilation territory.
Humiliation, Degradation. Of various forms.  Slutty clothes and nudity.  Insulting names.  Being treated as a pet/animal.
Other Stuff.  There are probably things I am forgetting, so please don't treat the above list as exhaustive.

Player Expectations
I would like to keep the game going at a reasonable rate.  So I am looking for people who can and will post at least twice a week (a post in OOC to say you have nothing to post is honestly fine as well), and who will let me know when they have lost interest.  Obviously life happens, but please do try and let me know when you will be away (when possible).  I am going to try and be a bit more draconian with post rates, as I find that tends to be what kills a lot of games.

I will try to update every 3-4 days.  At a minimum, as life does get busy sometimes, I will update at least once every 7 days.
If a player hasn’t posted in that 3-4 day period I will generally assume their character has done nothing (or, in some situations, NPC them for a post).
If a player hasn’t posted in 14 days (without some notice obviously, if you let me know I will work around any absences) I will remove their character from the game.

Obviously all other standard rules apply.  Be respectful, no godmoding, no metagaming, etc.  If you have issues with myself or another player, please let me know in PM. 

Characters
The characters should all be women. 
The game will be PL10.
I would prefer the characters have some sort of Power Loss or Weakness complication, or something roughly equivalent such as removable gear.
I would prefer the characters tend towards the ‘simple’ side of things.  I am not an expert on the system, and I can see myself struggling with some more complicated builds. 
I would like each of the players to come up with a description (it doesn't have to be a full sheet) of a villain/rival for their character.

The characters will be a duo/trio, so need to be able to work with together.  I will (post closing of the recruitment thread) be looking to have a discussion on how they came together, why they work together, and so on.  A lone wolf or similar will obviously be a poor fit for this reason.

Applications
I am not doing first come first served, and I will lock the thread once I have selected a group of characters.  If the thread is unlocked, applications are still open.  I don’t have a specific time-frame for how long I will leave applications open (either before giving up due to lack of interest or before accepting characters), so if you will be delayed but are interested please let me know.

I don’t want a full character sheet, just a description of what you want to play in terms of a character, their background, and their powers. 

I would also like a brief yes/no/maybe (or brief comment) on the listed smut, as well as whether you are fine with Extreme content such as animals (saying no is fine, but I would like an idea of what people are interested in).  In addition, please include anything you would really like included that I haven’t listed.

Mini-Bio: Shoko used to belong to a group of magical girls and was the team's brains. However, the rest of her group eventually moved on with their adult lives compared to the awkward recluse she became following her high school graduation. Fortunately, keeping to one's apartment most of the time doing odd network-related jobs isn't exactly a career-ending move for the heroic side of things. Then again, a chunk of it seems to be the flustered dork trying to prove to herself she hasn't completely hit rock-bottom. 
Powers: Water Manipulation, Minor Flight, Costume Change
Villain: Demon Queen Hecate - A succubus sorceress queen that Cure Aqua is fated to encounter. Her magic is centered lewd afflictions, degrading curses, and so much more.
Notes: The extreme content I'm looking forward to the most is body modification. Particularly transformations. :) However, I'm not so keen on mind control, though I'm fine with going the route of "body moving against their will". Otherwise, I'm up for it all. :)

Maritza is an italian model that had an experienced an unexpected transformation when she had her hair washed with an experimental substance that accidentally arrived the spa she was at and got confused with a bottle of shampoo. Granted amazing powers she took care of the company that was doing the research with alien chemicals and developed a secret identity to fight against injustice. Known to no one besides her close allies there is only one person that knows her secret identity, the woman/man that was washing her hair when she got her powers.
Powers would be manipulating her own hair, but without actually being strong herself so things power-lifting, damage, hair extra limbs, hair elasticity, transforming her hair into small tools, swinging. For weakness besides being physically weak I was thinking her hair could also get entangled easily and be used against her in a sort of hair bondage, I also thought of giving her increased tactile sense with her hair but making it two ways, so anyone touching her hair would be able to feel her body but only if everyone is comfortable with such idea.


Villain: Hairwash: The hairstylist got not lethal powers but gained the ability to alter the mind of people and their actions (mind control, moving body against the targets will) . As if that was not enough they can also, given enough time, physically transform their victims.

Also got another idea for a villain, this one got not lethal powers either but has the ability to alter any substance and transform one thing into another, thus fashion dresses could be turned into rubber outfits, golden bracelets into cushioned cuffs or concrete floor into sticky slime just for fun. Being able to turn a solid wall into and door and then backwards into a wall they are hard to capture and also don't perform any big crime, stealing only enough to have a comfortable life which only makes them harder to track. Maritza wouldn't worry much about this one if it wasn't by the fact that they seemed to come back every now and then only to play dirty on her.

Open to have these or other villains being of any gender.

Completely fine with the kinks listed except maybe some body transformations, and based on my character being a model would like to add everything related to exhibitionism: forced exhibitionism, public sex, sneaky sex in public places, forced slutty clothes, being taken pictures and videos, etc. and could happen to both secret identity and heroine identity, but without revealing secret identities if possible unless blackmail is included.

History and Concept: Short Version
   Niobe has abilites to generate and control ice and cold, including ice skating along slides at great speed, encasing foes in ice, launching icicles, fighting hand to hand wiht an ice spear, and armoring herself with an invisible field of entropy. 
   She has ADHD, which she is treating with modern medecine and mental discipline.  She is vulnerable to heat based attacks and dhydration.  An extremely dry enviorment can deny her the use of her powers. 
   Nibe's mentor is a superhero named Dragonline. 
   Her arch nemesis is Ropes--a corupt kung fu cop with heightened physicality, two tentacles under his arms, and psychokinetic control over ropes.   

The Long Version

History:   The second daughter of Kevin and Rosemary Daniels--successful lawyers living in Washington, DC--Niobe and her elder sister Margaret had the freedom and resources to pursue their dreams growing up.  Both girls were self motivated go getters who loved reading, arts and crafts, and clothes.
Margaret excelled in both school, then college, ultimately pursuing a career as a social worker.  She also loved music and had some renown as a chorister.
Just as intelligent and gifted as her elder sister, Niobe didn’t do quite so well.  Though extremely motivated, she lacked her sisters focus.  Her grades in school bounced chaotically--showing straight As one month, barely passing the next.  She started and then dropped fan fiction projects as soon as the next book caught her eyes.  Her (much older) cousin Gabriel--a professional fantasy novelist--told her she had the potential for professional level work, encouraging her where others who took her writing seriously never got past chiding her for never finishing a project.
Niobe bounced around in athletic fields as well, Soccer, Gymnastics, Acrobatics, Tai Chi, and Wu Shu, she spent a year or more studying each of these before her 21st birthday, but only ice skating could really hold her attention.
Indeed, it was only when gliding over the ice on a cold winter night that her mind really went quite.
   After washing out of a prestigious college at 21, Niobe’s family finally took the idea that something might be wrong with their daughter seriously.  Taken to an expert diagnostician, ADHD flags went off in the doctor’s mind almost immediately, but he took his time to run all the proper tests before declaring the diagnosis and prescribing a careful regime of advanced medicine and cognitive therapy.
   After the initial period of adjusting to the medication was past, Niobe complained to her loved ones that it was too strong, she was having trouble getting any motivation at all.
   Gabriel Brewer invited her to spend some time at his home outside of Seattle.  During those years, her cousin--17 years older than she but not really showing it--instructed her in meditation and martial arts--things he used to help cope with his schizophrenia--and asked her to workshop his writing, offering to do the same for her.
   In celebration of Niobe’s first publication, Gabriel took her to a ski resort.  They spent several weeks enjoying winter sports, and each noticed that the other had an uncommonly high tolerance for cold.
   Niobe was almost twenty five on the seventeenth day of their vacation.  The two were skiing down a difficult slope when a minor earthquake sent a massive avalanche down the mountain.  Displaying superhuman strength and speed, Gabriel grabbed Niobe and leaped with her onto a high, solid rocky outcropping, then reached out with iridescent auras too snag fallen skiers up there with them.
   Niobe was shocked to recognize the powers of the costumed hero Dragonline.  She could also see that it wasn’t going to be enough.  She had an intuitive understanding of snow and ice and knew that the resort below was going to be smashed to flinders with everyone in it if the snow had time to build up speed.
   As if flexing a muscle she’d always had but never thought to use, Niobe raised a great wall of ice before the avalanche, halting most of the snow and shifting the rest clear of the resort!
   She didn’t see the full of it.  What seemed so easy at first strained her so much she fainted and fell off the rock.
   “It runs in our family,” Gabriel explained when she woke the next day.  “It always skips generations.  It’s always accompanied by some form of usually minor mental instability--my schizophrenia's a little on the harsh side compared to your ADHD, but nothing modern medicine can’t handle.  During World War Two, our grandmother donned the mantle of Mariah to fight crime in on the home front with the power of the wind.  We suspect her grandfather fought for the Union during the civil war using biomagnetic powers like mine.  It seems you have the gift too.”
   He offered her a blue half mask adorned with crystal snowflakes.  “Shall we see what you’re capable of, Winterstar?”
