Non MCU Marvel Roleplay (F GM looking for Player)

Premise
21st Century Earth, the golden age of Superheroes.

Never before in the history of humanity existed as many Metahumans, both on the side of good and bad (And those in between). From Earths Mightiest Heroes in the Avengers, to the Secretive Hellfire Club, the days of non-powered individuals seems to slowly be coming to an end. But while the world is enthralled by tales of the high and powerful, there are many who existed alongside these exceptional individuals, overshadowed by their greatness.

They live no-less extraordinary lives, though their stories were never told to the public. This, is that story.

An organization called Genesis is gathering genetic data to level the playing field, allowing human babies to be born with designer powers. Rumors are, these powers might even be granted to adults, even though such technology is far from perfected, naturally, both sides of the law wanted this technology for themselves. You play one such player in the struggle to obtain this technology.

Character Creation
You play an individual in the Marvel Universe (Ideally comic based, not MCU based), a low level villain or hero who is about to be engulfed in a conflict to obtain superpowers. You start out with little to no powers, but along the way it is discovered that you are genetically suited to obtain superpowers from Genesis' technology.

You can be anything, the more obscure the marvel reference, the better, but a few ideas are

-A hellfire club initiate
-A S.H.I.E.L.D cape killer operator
-A Magia made man
-A Madripoor criminal
-A Hydra agent

Write me a short background of your character, as well as three marvel characters you always wanted to fuck. Bonus points for detailing exactly what you want to do to them.

Format
I prefer to play a GM sort of role for this, controling the world and the NPCs, but it's negotiable.
