I'll start this by pointing out that it won't be for everyone. What I'm looking for is a story where a submissive girl in her early twenties/late teens (YC) is acquired by a man in his mid to late thirties (MC). He's got some odd ideas about what a perfect woman would be like, and as what he wants is something not found in nature he has decided to build it for himself. Your character has either responded to a vague advert that was just informative enough to give her a basic idea about what she's getting into (but no idea of how effective or rapid the ... improvements will be), or some poor young woman who woke up with one hell of a headache and no idea where she is (I'd prefer the volunteer option, but I'm not set on it). I'd prefer to keep things at least a little open ended at this point, but here's an idea about the sort of things this guy has in store for her.

If there's anything else you'd want to happen to her then unless it's one of my offs I'd be happy to talk it through. As you can probably guess he's not going to treat her with too much respect - he'll see her as a pet or even as livestock - but I can see him becoming more and more fond of her as her transformation progresses, even becoming affectionate after her first delivery.
