Man, I feel like a noob all over again. Thanks, John. 4e is a very different animal from what I'm used to. Still, I'm pumped! I like learning new systems.

It is very different, I hope you'll enjoy it when we get into the real crunch of combat. The numbers get way higher than other editions and the whole thing has a more heroic feel to it even at lvl 1.

I also have an opening post ready so I think I should be going and making threads.

What benefits do we share with each other?

I saw Justine gives me +2 initiative.

I grant everyone else +2 stealth when I roll a stealth check, and eliminate the perception penalty for being asleep.

Also, any time someone spends an action surge to attack, and I can see them, you add my INT Bonus to the attack roll (Normally, it's 1/2 my INT bonus, but I took a feat to boost it.)
