Arbitrary changes made without notice to my settings

Just a heads-up.

Some things that worked up until this month were no longer working this afternoon.  I know that there are people with the power and ability to go into our settings and make changes, with or without notifying us, and they have done so in the past.  This may be a system malfunction rather than a hands-on operation for some of what I found today.
