I'm looking to start a small group game based on an alternate timeline, but I want some input from potential players!

Here are some potential ideas:

What if Gunpowder never existed?
What if Cars never existed, and how would it change modern life?
What if Germans won WW1 or WW2?

Any ideas from you lovely readers?

The alternate history concept works, I remember reading The Two Georges by Richard Dreyfus, in which the American War of Independence never happened, with George III and George Washington solved the differences, needless to say the world was totally different.
