A Royal Affair

Looking for some detailed writers who prefer to create character driven plots. I want to really get into the minds of the people we are writing about.

For this idea it could either be historical taking place in the 1800's or modern times but it would revolve around a prestigious monarchy family someplace in Europe. Right now the Patriarch of the family is the King and soon the throne will go to his eldest daughter who will become the first Queen in decades. She is pampered, doted upon and exquisitely beautiful. All eyes are upon her since her turn to rule will be coming up since the King's health is failing. She's a perfect little princess on the outside, however, on inside she is arrogant, ruthless and greedy. She would not put the people's needs first, rather ruling for her own personal gain.

Next in line of succession is her sister who is not conventionally beautiful. She's rather plain but has a beauty all of her own. She has a heart of gold and puts others peoples needs in front of her own. Her mother is rather cruel to her, always nit picking her, correcting her and making her feel inferior. She is reminded daily that it is her sister who is better than her and it carries a heavy burden to her. I am looking to play this character.

There is a younger brother who has a level head and who would make a fine King, yet he knows there would be no chance at it happening. He is attractive and popular and displays an honor about him. He is close to the middle sister (my character)

As soon as the eldest daughter becomes Queen we begin to see the corruption around them happen. She orders my character into a forced marriage with a cruel duke who becomes abusive and tormenting. Having to endure it she becomes closer to her brother which between the two elicits an incestual affair.

But fate has it's ways. As the story progresses, the cruel Queen has a fatal accident which prompts my character to become the Queen and she is unprepared for it. The public loves her but she has no confidence and relies upon her brother to guide her. Still, she is doomed to marry the cruel duke and the only way out of it is for her brother to become King. She abdicates and allows her brother to rule and this would turn all sorts of things upside down within the plot.

Would love to discuss this further. Of course these ideas are not set in stone but just an outline. I don't mind if things were tweaked.

Looking for someone to play both her cruel fiance as well as her brother.

I don't post daily but when I do post I will give you several paragraphs worth and expect the same from you.
