I really like the ubuntu font from Google Docs, which is similar to ,this one - arial.  E, however, doesn't currently support it.  Thus, I'm suggesting a "default font" drop-down in the forum profile editor, if it's not too much work.

What browser are you using?  There's a way to force pages to use your default font (I can give you specifics for FireFox, but Chrome and IE would take more research.)

Of course, this will only affect the way you see the page, not how anyone else sees text.
