Seeking Role Play Partner

I have some plot ideas, but they're vague. I am open to suggestion and direction. I have the ability to collaborate actively and effectively. I am submissive but feisty and I have experience in the kink world. I am happy to entertain the idea of writing from either the female or male perspective, but would prefer a heterosexual, intelligent, and meaningful scenario. I am willing to write in third person or possibly first person. I would like the sexual context of the interaction to be strong but not pervasive. I am a good communicator and I feel it would be beneficial to discuss the concept of the role playing details prior to beginning the dialogue. Proposed idea for a Role Play scenario:

Characters: a manic/depressive Princess and a somewhat reclusive Bandit (ages open, willing to write as either character but probably prefer the princess)

Setting: modern with a flair for simplicity

Background of Story: A quirky, yet beautiful female is born an heiress, but frankly has no idea. Her relatives are fine with that. She is going through life as a "regular" person, when she meets a mysterious rogue-like friend who offers her companionship in his offbeat and nonconventional way. She feels completely vulnerable and her guard is always down around him. This is unusual for her and she begins to sense that there is more to this relationship than she thought. The bandit's past is alluring and yet hardly touched upon in the beginning. She accepts him as he is. Does this man have information about the woman's royal heritage, or does he just have a hunch. Either way, as the story unfolds, she learns that she is in fact a princess and while that doesn't change anything, it kind of changes everything. When she begins to learn more of her new lover's ways, she is drawn in even further, and a bit of a pact culminates. These two are unlikely soul mates, or perhaps partners in crime.

Genre/Type: Romance, humor, directness, and possibly even some sarcasm are distinguishing elements to consider.

Flexibility: I am open to incorporating a lot more into this story, including otherworldly concepts and/or kinky aspects. PM me if you're interested or wish to suggest things to add. The main thing I am looking for with this is a writing partner who is willing to take it lightly at first and eventually delve head on into the realm of, dare I say, love. This topic would be flirtatious and fun, but could also go somewhat dark. The heightened intellect of each character is their main attraction to each other.
